it was nice and clean.

when i got back to the hotel after midnight and all the spots were taken. I went in to ask the front desk where do i park. they told me i had to park behind these party stores that they owned the lot back there. I looked at them like what. so i turned around when i was walking out and one of the gentlemen said it’s ok to park there there are cameras back there and i park there. He then made a remark to the other gentleman about it. mind you i was by myself a middle age female. it didn’t look to be the safest area. i didn’t feel safe walking from behind that area. cameras or not. We all should be able to park in the main lot. i felt safe in that the night before when i came back late and parked in the hotel well lighted parking lot.

The facilities were very classy, in excellent condition, and the breakfasts were delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel and room were very comfortable. There was plenty of parking space and the hotel was easy to find and access. We were very pleased.

Well, this was unrelated to the hotel, but we booked with a third party. Due to this, the staff were unable to do much to help us when we missed a day of stay due to the airline delays. We ended up arriving a day later, but the manager we talked to by phone kept our reservation active and we were able to enjoy the hotel for the remaining days. I tried to make the booking with IHG using the option offered to match prices by filling a form. However the response I received from the price match left me totally confused. Still, I thought the third party was a better price. Next time, I'll book with IHG

The public/common areas of the hotel were obviously very well taken care of. This is not a new property but does display a good effort in maintaining cleanliness and overall attention, something most hotels now days fail at miserably. The general corporate mindset is typically at fault for the staff not being allowed to go "above and beyond". This property is in good hands in my opinion. The room showed slight age, however was extremely clean with one exception near the hand grip in the shower. The breakfast was one of the better experiences I have had lately, with ample choices available. On tap was fresh fruit, juices, milk, yogurt, eggs, sausage, great biscuits, good sausage gravy, pancakes you make yourself, and they retain the canister style coffee thermals and not the new fangled coffee syrup in bags. there was a nice selection of pastries and breads available as well. The most refreshing thing I witnessed was a member of staff constantly monitoring the condition of the breakfast area and quickly attending to any deficiency. This is TRUE costumer service. I believe this hotel staff has Your best interest in mind. TWO THUMBS UP !!!

I would have loved to get this hotel for $75 less, but let's face facts....It's near the river and its busy season....I'll try this one again at Thanksgiving when it is a little slower here !

Rooms were nice and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was great! Staff were all very friendly and helpful!

The exit off the interstate was dicey. There were 2 major accidents at the exit. Lots of accident debris (glass) on exit. Had to call out for food delivery! No restaurants nearby or on site. There were2 restaurants that delivered were reasonably priced with a variety of food items to choose from. We traveled to Cincinnati to go to the zoo. Wanted to stay as close as possible to it as possible. There was a closer Holiday Inn but for some reason, when we made our reservations we were directed to this property.

air conditioning unit in 212 very noisy and towel bar broken; Second floor overall extreme!y noisy during our stay with loud tvs, slamming doors, yelling and hollering which is due to guests I realize not hotel, but did impact 2 of our nights. Rooms need more sound proofing I guess. We had a fellow wandering the hall and yelling a part of night about needing a pillow....I suppose drunk or high, loud tv in 210 until after midnight, as well as door slamming, many loud banging noises and such all over the second floor.

I thought it was a good value for the area. The room was exceptionally clean. The shower was a little slow draining. That was it. The best Chinese take out I ever had was from Double Dragon near there as well. Good room and good food near by !

This is a nice and clean hotel. Very friendly staff, we asked for a few extra towels for the pool and they got us the towels immediately. The pool is clean and nicely kept. The beds are nice and firm. The breakfast was great and there are many options to choose from. I loved everything about my stay here!

I got the king room with river view. Stayed on the 5th floor, it wasn’t high enough the see the river but you had a great view of the Cincinnati skyline.

Was only a pit stop for us for needed sleep. The room was newly renovated & extremely clean. The provided necessities were much appreciated! Staff was nice.

The "view of the river" wasn't quite what we expected, it was more the view of the bridge. Hallway was noise the next morning. No fault of the hotel, just inconsiderate people I guess.

Breakfast was good. The room was clean. I enjoyed my stay. The elevators worked well. I have stayed there three different times recently and the evening staff and the front desk are definitely more friendly that the morning front desk staff.

The breakfast attendant needed to be more visible than in the back. I had to ask for the coffee to be refilled. Other guest had to ask for items that had been depleted. The room needs more than one trash can. It is inconvenient and when full, the trash falls to the floor. The rooms are a little dated but clean. There was a lady who appeared to be in charge of the housekeeping crew. She and three other employees sat and ate breakfast, went for 2-3 refills, not all business conversations, and were there the 45 minutes I was there and did not appear to be leaving soon.

I liked the hotel's convenience to downtown Cincinnati; the cleanliness of our room (and the building as a whole); the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, as well as their willingness to put up with my silly sense of humor and bad jokes! Breakfast offered lots of options and everything tasted great!

The only thing I can think of is that it would be great if the shuttle stopped at the hotel.
