I liked everything about this hotel. it’s not my first stay & won’t be my last. everything is clean, staff is always on point, guests are well mannered, rooms are spacious. it’s no wonder they are always fully booked.

most of the lighting in the rooms come from the window. add overhead light or more lamps maybe ?

We enjoyed our staff. To start, the representative I spoke with over the phone assisted me with the app and ensuring we were able to check in late. Upon arriving, the staff were friendly & helpful and this continued throughout our stay. The room was nice and the location was convenient. Thank you !

The hotel was unexpectedly in an amazing area. It was clean, safe feeling, had free parking, the staff was nice, and the room was great.

The only thing I didn’t like was the comfortability of the bed. It was a bit stiff.

The staff was outstanding. Very welcoming and polite always trying to give the best to the guests to make each of us happy.

Some of the light fixtures in the halls were loose and hanging out. Trimming on the wall was broke and loose. Carpets were pretty nasty in places

I loved the space that was provided in our Jr. Suite. My kids were able to enjoy their own space and television while my spouse was able to get the rest that she needed. It was a plus that the pool was open. It was not open when we booked it so I was a little worried but so glad everything turned out nice.

Parking is limited and it's not alot of spaces but we were fine walking a short distance.

The staff was really nice the food was great the room was way bigger than I thought it would be the bed was amazing soft the room was clean I don't have no complaints at all I was very pleased I will be staying here again

The location was awesome and very cute.

The room smelled a bit like there could have been a water leak at some point almost like an old closet or basement and the covers were not completely stain free. There seemed to be old make up stains possibly on the sheets. The 3rd floor icemaker didn't work the entire visit. The parking garage would have been nicer if was connected to the hotel to avoid having to go walk across the street outside to get to your car or find street parking.

I love the location and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Everything was stocked and neat!

I was looking forward to the indoor pool and it said it was closed for maintenance. From the reviews looks as if it’s been closed all year so that was a disappointment. The breakfast is not complimentary it’s $10 for bread, cereal, coffee and juice. They had a separate menu for a more costly breakfast and it was a 3/10. I do not mind paying for breakfast but at least make it worth it.

The kids were playing on the only elevator that was working. The ice machine on my floor was out of service without a note. There should be complementary breakfast and specialty meals should be charged.

Nice area

Check in lady was rude she didn’t even tell me what room I was in I had to look at the paper. Also someone walked into my room bc the front desk assigned them to my room. I had just gotten out of the shower 😩
