The hotel was nice. Beds were comfortable, room was good size and comfortable. Shower was hot. Hotel offers a good selection for breakfast and a great happy hour. We ordered room service and the food was good (hot and seasoned well). The area is a little on the outskirts of downtown Charlotte (about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic).

The parking is free but the lot is shared with at least 2 other hotels. One night after going out, we had to park about 1 block from the hotel on the street because the parking lot was full. Pool was kind of small

Friendly staff. Allow dogs for a fee which is a HUGE plus for us when traveling. Accommodating to our needs since we had dogs.

Did not provide a doggie care package like a few other hotels do. It would be a nice touch. Offer a discount for volunteers who volunteer at Operation Christmas Child facility near by. Provide a refund on dog fee if room clean upon inspection. Especially if dogs were in a kennel during stay in the room and not running around within the room. Otherwise, it was a nice stay and highly recommend.

The room/suite was clean and very roomy. I liked the walk-in shower since my husband is disabled. The made to order breakfast was Delicious! We enjoyed our stay!

The cocktail hour could have a better variety of food or appetizers. The chips and veggies were not a crowd pleaser and kept running out. Maybe chicken nuggets, BBQ meatballs, and a cheese/vegetable tray would have been better for me and others.

Room was nice size and very clean, and very quiet until our last night. The amenities were very good, especially breakfast.

The neighbors above us and next door were so noisy on our last evening, that we complained to the front desk, who had to call police. We had to check out earlier than planned because we could not sleep.

The breakfast was beyond satisfying. I was the best I have had it was 10+++++!!!

The only thing that could have been better is not allowing children any kind of adult look alike beverages from the open bar. I think a child should not be allowed anything from the open bar but other than that it was absolutely perfect. I just think a childs age should be accommodated with only things suitable for a child. They shouldn't grow up to quickly. There was no alcohol of course but that gives lead way for a child to explore in adult activities.

Clean rooms with great breakfast included

The manager did a poor job with check in at appropriate time. She stated she would help to get me in a room but then forgot about me and just left as it was time for her to get off. I waited until 4:30p to clock in which was a horrible experience with accommodating with check in. Driving all the way from Florida I was extremely tired and could not check in.

The room was very spacious, clean, & very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and well organized. The evening reception was very relaxing with a enjoyable atmosphere. I really enjoyed my weekend stay!

Parking in the rain was a nightmare. A lot of people did not park correctly; they were over the line preventing others from being able to park. The banquet entrance area is not covered.

At breakfast time, my daughter asked to kindly see the original package of one kind of cereals to make sure she would avoid some ingredients and the lady was very rude saying they didn’t have any package and dismissed her very abruptly. Honestly I felt embarrassed myself for such a kind of unprofessional and rude attitude!

Breakfast, great location, beautiful lobby and bar area. Clean!

We didn’t have ANY hot water the first night. Told the front desk and they explained the system had been worked on that day. We understand, but was still frustrating taking a cold shower…and I am not exaggerating about ZERO hot water.

This was a wonderful hotel!! It was a very spacious clean room, great safe location, the breakfast was awesome, and the staff were very friendly! I will definitely stay at this hotel again if we go to the Charlotte area!!!

The parking was a little wonky since they were sharing a lot with 2 other hotels, but it was safe!
