check-in and check out were wonderful. Nina (10 star) service. She really went above and beyond in helping. She share vital information with me for continual reservations in the future. Detail information for rewards program. I/we can not thank her enough.

I would like to see more turkey products for the breakfast meats. As word of mouth is best source of advertisement; being Muslim I have been inviting more of our community to use Drury. My wife and I were able to invite other Muslim families and selected this location b/c we have turkey sausage on our first visit in 2018.

I like the fact that breakfast, happy hour (dinner, snacks and drinks) were included with the stay. The staff were all polite and eager to help. The location was very close to most of the city's attractions.

I did not like the fact that just anyone could enter the hotel without confirmation that they are guest or guest of guest. There were several guest who suffered vandalism to their property (car windows damaged, cars broken into). Maybe there should be some level of security or protection for your guest.

Though the lobby is being renovated, it is nice. Also liked happy hour and breakfast. Would Love to have cooked grits instead of instant packs. Front desk staff was friendly and accommodating.

A day prior to checkin, I requested to change my check in date. The request was denied (which was understandable, however when I arrived on the original day of checkin. , it had been cancelled. Staff was diligent in trying to work it out.. Though I went through a pay later service, it had to be cancelled and I had to pay out of pocket.

Was visiting Charlotte for a concert. I had never stayed in a Drury Inn. I was a little apprehensive, but ALWAYS read the reviews. This hotel had great reviews. I was extremely surprised. It was so clean, the staff was extremely nice, rooms were excellent. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in at a hotel. I will definitely be staying here again if ever staying in the area again. And will be staying in other locations, as I travel a good bit. I did not get to experience the breakfast, so I cannot speak on that, but I would give this hotel 5 stars across the board. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Seems to be a relatively new hotel. Right off the interstate. Staff very nice, check in was great. Drury has a 5:30 to 7 small buffet and free single drink complementary every night plus a free breakfast. Also free popcorn and soda 24/7. Loved that! Food was very good even though we arrived a bit late considering the start time. Plenty of free parking. Great wifi. Restaurants right next door and across the street. Beds, pillows very comfortable and ac works beautifully!

The breakfast was delicious I didn't get a chance to get my free meal because I was at a family reunion so the time they serve the mail I was gone but I know it was delicious I miss Taco day. I was also served two free beverage alcohol I missed the first one family reunion but I did get my second one and it was delicious never went to a hotel when you get free dinner and free alcohol loved it can't wait to take another vacation in Charlotte.

Well the mattress I like my mattress hard and firm but it was okay. I love my stay

As we walked in we were struck by how well the hotel is kept. All the staff we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. the room was clean and comfortable. We loved the free popcorn, dinner, and breakfast, it was a wonderful unexpected treat. We also traveled with our dog, and the staff were sweet to him as well. He was also allowed in most areas, which was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is on a busy road. We weren't bothered by road noise or anything though, just worth noting.

Friendly staff, Jenny and Doug at front. Clean and quiet rooms. Located just at the end of the exit ramp and near I 77 & I 485. Plenty of free parking. Great breakfast and the meal at Kickback was great. Hot, tasty and a good variety. Plus some free beverages! Well worth the amount paid for the stay. The hotel also had a gym and hot tub with an indoor/outdoor pool. We ordered a King room and they were all taken upon our arrival, so they upgraded us to a King Suite!

What's not to like? Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Facilities were very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Nice pool and hot tub. What really topped it off was that breakfast AND dinner were included. We stayed 4 nights and I wasn't disappointed in any of the meals. Let's not forget that if you're 21 or older you get 2 free alcoholic beverages at dinner time every day.

I wish the "bar" was open longer. It's only open during dinner. 5:30-7:00 pm.

The sausage patty wasn't really my thing but everything else was delicious and I didn't have to cook so my family and I thoroughly enjoyed it! The sprite was out of syrup but I just got water instead.

The cleanliness of the hallways, and elevator waiting area could've used a touch up after the kick back and kids had popcorn. I'm not going to let that take away from how clean the building was as a whole because every time I was in the hallway I seen someone cleaning something.
