Best, most affordable location in Nice for the station. Very clean and French-looking. WiFi and TV too. Pleasant staff. Thick walls give excellent soundproofing from other guests and also keep it cool inside in the height of summer.

If you leave the window open, it’s noisy at night due to the busy location but with the windows closed it’s quiet enough. I slept well there.

The owners were friendly, they told me about the history of the hotel. The decorations were delightful, very French Provincial. The room was comfortable and had plenty of electrical outlets. Wi-Fi and internet were adequate. The water was wonderfully hot and good water pressure. A lovely continental breakfast was served. The location was perfect…right across from the train station. I will definitely return again.

The location is absolutely perfect. Right next to the train station and with many restaurants and bakeries in a short walking distance. We were in Nice for a weekend city-break and this place was perfect for it. The bed was comfortable, the room - including the bathroom - was clean and equipped with everything we needed. Nice people work at the reception desk. I could stay here one more time if I’m visiting Nice again.

Staff unable to communicate in English. The night shift guy didn’t understand us when we came down with our luggage and asked him to call a taxi for us. Which I think it was obvious since we came down with our luggage. Also, there is no elevator and we had to carry our luggage to the third floor 😰

Travelling with kids and lots of bags. It was amazing to see how close it was to the train station. We got there early afater the sleeper train from Paris and thought we would ask if we could store our bags. The reception said your room is ready and we were able to go straight in. Room was super clean and continental breakfast was great!

All fine ,I like mostly : dogs welcoming . Nice rooms clean and good furniture . Nice bathroom . Nice view on the hills of Nice . The position for me amazing just in front of train station and to the tram n 1 and 2 minutes by foot to the Main Street Jean Médecin

Some noise at night from the corridors ,u need earplugs not to feel the neighbors

Didn't try the breakfast, but the room was simple and tidy, also quiet for sleeping. Nothing too fancy, but overall worked well.

The toilet door didn't really stay closed. Not really closet space, for us it didn't matter, but maybe for someone who stays for more that one night.

The room was clean and location of the hotel was good- next to railway station, walking distance from the beach and old town😊. Aircon worked well and no city noise came in, we had a lovely small balcony also. We enjoyed our stay! They had good coffee in the lobby. The bed was super comfortable! We had a room for 3 (2 adults and a child) there was 2 double beds and one small bed in our room, very nice.

Our room looked better than on the pictures (in my opinion too colourful rooms on the pics, the hallway had weird choice of colours and the reception was full of all kind of items, could look more neat but i guess it's their style).

Location and the fact that it was so quaint and interesting as a property

The Wi-Fi was not good on second floor so had to come to reception each evening to use my iPad etc but was ok but be good if Wi-Fi worked better in room

Friendly staff, spacious room, very convenient location

Steep climb to 3rd or 4th Floor especially for a 73 year old with heavy luggage. The property would benefit enormously from an elevator although I can understand that with the fine period interior, installing this may be difficult. But it is much needed.
