The interior of the room was modern. Staff everywhere was friendly and pleasant. The facilities meet our expectations. Safe, bathrobes, sleepers were conveniently provided in the room. Decor and cleanliness was top notch.

Tips were extra to the complimentary breakfast. We didn’t expect it and had to go back to the room to bring cash. Receipt was emailed after the check out and not when payment was requested at the check in. Payment was taken at the check in and deposit was included we in total so I couldn’t verify the final transaction right away. The snow could be cleared faster on the walkway to the roof hot tub. Otherwise perfect arrangement.

Airport shuttle was great, staff were welcoming, rooms were clean and breakfast was substantial and delicious. We came with 2 toddlers and it was easy and uncomplicated. There is a very nice rooftop hot tub area and very peaceful. The hotel is aimed more for couples than families. The upbeat lobby music, bar scene, rooftop chill area, rooftop hot tub and restaurant on location. Still we did not feel like we were intruding and it was a very nice rest stop for a layover with a family There isn't anywhere to go outside the hotel within walking distance, there is an open field outside the hotel. Very close to the airport.

It was a little long to walk from the elevator to our room. But honestly really not a big deal.

The included made to order breakfast was delicious. The staff in the Tonic restaurant were all great. Especially Mary, our waitress, she was very friendly and attentive and made breakfast even better. Bed was comfy and room was clean and nice. The shower was great as well.

The only thing I can say is that it would be nice if you could access the hot tubs from the Applause side. As Clique and Applause share their amenities and the hot tubs are on the Clique side, you have to leave the Applause side and go through the shared lobby and go up the Clique elevator to access the hot tubs.

Front desk staff was very helpful and pleasant (greeted with smiles, etc). They were able to print my email with Lake Louise shuttle passes which was super helpful ! Breakfast was good.

We really liked almost everything; the only small negative was the second night we stayed there (we stayed 1 night on Aug 27 and 1 night on Sep 2), in room 170, the room had a bit of a strange smell. It smelled like perhaps it was a pet room and housekeeping sprayed Febreeze to cover it up. I asked at the Front Desk and they said it was not a pet room. In the end it seemed to go away or we go used to it, so it was ok.

The breakfast was fabulous! It was much better than we have received in other hotels. Also, the woman who served us on 9/6/2024 approximately at 9:30 am was incredible. The hotel is very fortunate to have someone who works so hard to meet excellent standards.

When we checked in after a long flight from Boston, he did not let us know that we could have complementary breakfast. I called the desk in the morning and she asked if I had received an envelope and I replied that I had not. She told me I could go to the front desk and she would give it to me. It should have been provided. I learned about the complementary breakfast from reading an online review of your hotel.

Very very clean! Comfortable and easy access to airport.

Breakfast voucher could include featured items and a way to get other items from menu priced less than what was offered. For example, I am sensitive to a lot of items on menu (eggs every day is not good for my cholesterol), and so the server was gracious to allow a smoothie instead (that was priced lower than breakfast bouncer options). There was a disconnect between understanding how to have room cleaned. We wanted our second day stay room cleaned but then forgot we had to call for room attendant to clean. It would be good to have a card or reminder that if you want your room cleaned, remember to call front desk.

What a surprise! The room was better than most 4+ star hotels I've stayed in over the last few years. Little extra features mark the thoughtful approach by Clique to hospitality. Like a night light in the bathroom, spacious room with capsule coffee maker and five cook to order meal choices for breakfast included in the price. Excellent value. As with all airport hotels there is some noise from comings and goings at early/late hours but overall very quiet.

In cold Calgary weather the airport shuttle pickup point is not ideal.

The room was comfortable and functional. We were impressed by the restaurant. Good food at a good price (breakfast included in the price of the room). We had dinner on both nights and were very happy with the meal. Surprising for an airport hotel - even had a good selection of wines by the glass or bottle. At breakfast, Anna gave us fabulous service! So friendly and helpful. Thanks, Anna.

One weird thing: there is a "LED Atmospheric Lighting" system that turns on different colored lights under the bed. WEIRD!!! And it is very hard to figure out how to control it or switch it off. We had to ask the front desk to send someone to switch it off for us. WEIRD!!!!

Front desk was operational around the clock, and the staff promptly accommodated our request for late check-in and advance check-in of my friend before I (main guest) arrived to the hotel. The rooms were super comfy with well maintained beddings and air-conditioning. Bathroom was clean and complemented with all amenities needed. We really liked the ambient LED lighting that served a dual-purpose as a night light as well as to make a nice ambience. That helped us to ease the tiredness of travelling and driving through multiple places during the day. Rooms were well insulated and had a great view looking at the train tracks and distant city near the air-port. Ample parking was available near the hotel and we had zero issues with it. Overall a great experience and a stay in this first visit to Calgary, AB. Highly recommended and will definitely a place I would consider in my next visit.

The restaurant often seems overwhelmed with guests for breakfast and there was a considerable wait for seating as well as for the arrival of food. Voucher system for payments works to an extent, however the limited choice of selection of items could be improved. Meals were prepared to order and felt if an all-you-can-eat menu could be arranged, that might help to serve many at once and to reduce wait time.

The room was larger than expected, very comfortable. I was only there 7 hours though, as a result of a cancelled flight, so didn't get to take full advantage.

The light system is a little counter-intuitive. I didn't realize that you had to leave the key card in the slot, so the lights went off and I had to stumble around in pitch dark trying to figure out where the light switches were. Maybe have a night light beside the place where you insert the card so you can find it in the dark. Or put a sign on the outside of the door, reminding people to leave the key card in the slot.
