The room was a perfect size. It was 2 adults, a 4 yr old and 1 yr old twins. The room was very comfortable and clean. The hotel itself was very inviting. the lobby was clean and smelled great. The front desk staff was very nice.

It didn't have anything to do with the hotel itself. It was when I was making the reservation. I was thinking that I was booking at the Best Western that was further up the highway and it wasn't even though I had it pulled up on the site. I don't know what happened that it ended up booking this on. Make sure when booking you look at the names of the hotels I wanted the Best Western Plus Lackland and I booked Best Western near Lackland. Either way we still had a great stay and hotel was great. I just wanted the other one because it was closer to my brother's home.

It was clean and comfortable. Nothing to write home about but for the money just ok. The pool was right outside our room. It looked well maintained. We did not take advantage of it though. Breakfast was good.

This may sound funny but I hated the toilet paper! Bring your own. I can understand trying to save money but this was excessive. You can barely call it 1 ply. It didn't even have perferations for tearing. The other big deal was the smokers! The people right next to us just stood right outside their door. Which happened to be right next to our door. Ashes and debris were all over the ground. They were nice people otherwise. I don't know what could have been done differently though.

We booked a 3 queen bedroom. When we saw the room, it had 2 queens in one room, a king bed in the main room with a pull out sofa bed. It was perfect for our 5 adults and 2 kids party!

We just wished the breakfast was extended until 10am, since the kids don’t wake up early after a day at Seaworld and Six Flags!

Comfortable bed, good hot water and pressure, no bugs, wifi reliable and fast. Mediocre but typical breakfast. Pleasant clerk at reception.

Slight odor in the room, possibly from cleaning products not from smoking. Noticeable but not unbearable.

The rooms were very clean and the staff were great! The location was perfect for where we was going. We stayed for 4 nights and it was very quiet and I never felt uneasy walking outside at night by myself. I seen some of the reviews and was a little iffy about staying but I'm glad we did!! Would totally recommend this place!

Perfect location. Just 10 minutes from the base. Plenty of good restaurants close to hotel.

I like to sleep in complete darkness. There was a night light under the hair dryer that was very bright. Maybe putting it in the bathroom would be an alternative.

I really liked the energy that the property had to offer from staff. The area was clean and adaptable.

The only think I can say is they can put out bags for the dirty clothing. Overall, the service and stay were great!

Location was good and the breakfast was hot. Eggs were good just didn’t have bacon. Other than that breakfast was good. Had good variety.

There are 3 beds in one room . We are 4 adults. 2 couples , we can still save if you allowed us to have the other 2 adults in one room. That way , you can help us in our expenses.

The location is great, everything you can possibly want/need is only minutes away, the pool is always amazing, the staff goes above and beyond to make our stays very comfortable, will definately continue coming here everytime we are in SA, highly recommend.

The only issue was with a mess up with booking.com, which they corrected 10 days later, will never use that service again, will deal diirectly with Best Western.
