The location was great with lots of restaurants to choose from. Kroger, Walmart, Dunkin Donuts, and a liquor store were also close by. The room was cleaned thoroughly, which is one of the most important things for me, in addition to comfort. The comfort of the bed and pillows was everything! We slept very well and enjoyed our stay at Comfort Suites.

My original reservation was canceled for the day before, despite having communicated that I had been impacted by the hurricane in Florida and that I would be late checking in. I was assured that my reservation was fine and that even if I had to cancel, I wouldn't be charged. Unfortunately, I had to turn around and go back home after finding out it was, indeed, canceled. And I had to pay for another stay when I did arrive the next day. It's the money and time wasted for me - especially after calling days ahead and being assured that everything would be okay. The only other complaint I had was that the entrance doors in the back of the hotel kept getting stuck, so it kind of raised a security concern for me, having to wait out back in the dark.

First.... The pleasant smell not only in the lobby, but also when I walked in my room, it smelled so fresh. And not a cover up, but the freshness that lingers. First impressions are everything and the front desk staff was very friendly both in the evening and morning. The breakfast was something someone would want to eat. Kudos to the breakfast staff. I'm not a coffee connoisseur, but the bold roast was the best I can ever remember having. The rooms were big and comfortable. Met the hospitality upon leaving my room, was happy to tip. If I ever need to stay in the Stockbridge area again, this hotel will be my choice. Even the 12pm checkout is a plus

I loved how the front staff was very nice and the my room was clean. My check in process was very easy and quick.

I was not to happy with housekeeping. She took our towels and didn’t give us anymore because we were checking out that day. I mean we still have to shower before getting on the road.. when I asked her about it she seemed to have an attitude. She didn’t even look at me just said she don’t have any.

Everything was great from the moment we walked in; it looked and smelled clean. We were able to check-in earlier, which was a plus for me! The beds were comfortable and had extra pillows. Everything was in working order, and they had charging ports everywhere you sat. The room smelled amazing too! They owe my nothing...this was our best stay in Stockbridge.

Breakfast was the same both mornings we ate. I would've liked to have a change over the weekend. It was good though!

My room and facility maintain a high standard of cleanliness, and the staff are also friendly.

Requesting a cash deposit doesn’t seem like a sound business practice to me. I’m unclear about its purpose, especially since there’s no inspection of the room before returning the deposit once guests depart.Also, the phone didn’t work in my room.

Upon arrival the service associate was very welcoming and helpful. Room was clean and looked exactly like photos. Breakfast is good and a lot to choose from. I was traveling with my toddler and the breakfast associate was so helpful with making sure I had everything I needed. The pool and patio area is niece and quiet. This hotel is located around lots of food and stores great location! I will return

The hot breakfast was good. The rooms were spacious and clean. The location was 5 miles from my nephew and about six miles from a friend. There were lots of restaurants and eateries in the area. The staff was polite and courteous. Enjoyed my stay.

I enjoyed the breakfast buffet...the gentleman that prepared and organized the buffet was extremely nice.. good vibe...and very helpful, always made sure everyone was comfortable with the selections..The rooms were very nice...the beds extremely comfortable....it was quiet and peaceful...except for my children...I'm returning

The breakfast was good. The eggs were the best I’ve had at a hotel. They had a waffle muffin machine which was a great addition. I enjoyed the breakfast experience for sure.

The cleaning staff did not clean my room or get me any of the requests I made such as new sheets for my bed or extra pillows like I asked for.

Property is always nice and calm. Always enjoy my time spent at comfort Inn. Staff is always professional and always show courtesy.

The only issue I always have is-the bed pillows. It’s the only thing I would change. They seem to be uncomfortable. Very difficult to sleep on. Other than that the hotel stay is awesome
