Extremely helpful and friendly staff, before and during our stay. Special thanks to GM Matthew for his assistance and recommendations. The location was excellent, very close to the centre (3min walk), on a lovely tree lined avenue. Parking was very close by - across the road (€6/24hrs) and easy to find. It’s a busy & tight car park, but spaces become available regularly. Breakfast was fresh, varied and very tasty. Our room (Ground Floor Garden Room - 10) was very comfortable, spacious, nice decor etc. We had an allocated table and chairs directly outside our room, at the poolside/gardens to enjoy breakfast, read etc. Our room was tucked away in the corner and felt very private.

We really liked everything about the hotel, but a very minor point to note about our room - we could hear guests walking about as well as moving (and dropping!) items in the room above us, due to the hard floor surface. It’s not a complaint and wouldn’t stop us staying again but it’s something to perhaps be aware of if you’re a light sleeper or sensitive to noise.

Location to main square & restaurants. Excellent staff, phenomenal breakfast ( Karen was awesome ) Pool was amazing but sunbeds looked a little tired. Room was nice.

Rug was soaking wet ( apparently they had had a torrential downpour the morning we arrived ) however I was surprised that no one noticed a soaking wet rug prior to our arrival. I rolled the offending rug up & took it to reception, sadly we never saw the rug again. Aircon was not effective unless turned up full blast, therefore neither of us slept that well. No lift meant it was not easy taking heavy luggage up the stairs ( this should've been highlighted at the time of booking ) Many of the restaurants suggested were very expensive.

the breakfast was very good, with some nice little treats, usual cereals, lovely fresh juice, and a good choice of hot food if required, coffee or tea etc. brought to the table. The building has been beautifully restored and decorated in a clever mix of contemporary and sympathetic. The pool area was just right, comfortable sun loungers, towels supplied and good sized pool. Matthew and his staff were very friendly and helpful.

we were lucky and got a parking space opposite, it might be a bit of a luck depending on the day of the week.

The location is amazing, right in the centre all the restaurants in walking distance. The pool is nice and deep only the mosquitos ruined the peace and quiet. Breakfast was lovely and good. Staff was very friendly and went the extra mile. We booked 2 rooms back to back as they hadn't had a single room available for the entirety of the stay. The manager told us to leave all the stuff in our room and moved us from one room to another which was great!

You have to park the car out of the city which means it is about a 15 minute walk to get to the car. You can however park in front on a paid parking spot or just drop off your stuff and then park on the main road for free.

Absolutely everything about this place was perfect. Location is quiet and peaceful but so close to everything in the centre, just a few minutes walk to many restaurants etc. Lovely pool and sun lounger area, and the room was very spacious, comfortable and beautifully designed. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice. The staff are amazing and nothing was too much trouble for them. We would love to return

Nothing at all

Honestly, the staff were so so lovely and helpful. We loved our room by the pool and the fact we had a private table for breakfast to just stroll out in the morning. The room was modern and comfy. The location was also perfect and pool area tidy and already with towels. Couldn’t fault it!

My *only* improvement would be breakfast, though I will caveat and say we didn’t look at the buffet. But we did order the French toast the portion was really small (one strawberry) and not great.

L’Avenida is such a lovely and convenient location in the heart of Soller city, and there is a parking lot right across the street, making it very convenient to park. The staff was super nice and helpful, especially Mathew, who was extremely helpful and super nice, also very professional. We love the stay at L’Avenida and if ever we come to Mallorca again, we will certainly choose L’Avenida to stay. Thanks all the staff!

Nothing special really

I loved this hotel!! It was beautifully decorated. It felt intimate but not too small. The mountains in the distance and buildings around made for a stunning view. Once we got settled with parking and our stuff, we were in a perfect location to walk into town. The breakfasts were yummy and the staff was quite accommodating. Highly recommend.

Parking was difficult but that wasn’t really at fault of the property. Just something to be aware of if you are planning to stay in the town.

We had a suite which was huge, a super comfortable bed and was immaculately clean. The pool area is a peaceful little haven at the back of the hotel. A great little mini bar in the room and nice toiletries. The staff were the friendliest and most helpful that you could wish for.

A little noisy when people came in late or left for flights very early morning because of the central marble staircase, it just echoed.

This an amazing hotel in a fantastic location in the centre of Soller near the main square. Perfect for our anniversary escape without children. The staff were so helpful and helped us celebrate with a bottle of cava to enjoy by the pool. I would highly recommend this hotel and would love to go back!
