I had a small balcony so I could open the door, it made my stay. It is terrible that now a days you can not open windows and get any fresh air in. Breakfast was excellent , the fresh fruits where yummy. Location is good as it is a walk way from the city center , which is perfect for sightseeing

Spa ,they need to do something about the Sauna ( ladies ) , it does not get hot enough , the maximum level it can reach is far to low for a sauna so it is a waist of time using that, hopefully they will look into that. So I used the steam room instead, which I do not particular like but it was a very good steam room! Another suggestion is that at the relaxing area, could do with 2 or 3 chaises long to relax ,now there are normal chairs so not relaxing at all after a steam session and hopefully next time a sauna session.

The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Hotel restaurant La Fontain was very good and staff were amazing.

The other two restaurants Sonra Grill and the asian restaurant left alot to be desired. The staff were lacking attention to detail and confused our orders. They were rude about tips left.

Breakfast was amazing, the variety was exceptional, the area was very spacious and the staff were always so helpful polite and friendly.

Nothing. Everything was beyond my expectations.

The staff was great and very helpful. Room service was great. Pool was heated. Bar service was also great.

My room could have been cleaner. Carpet looked like it needed vacuumed. A used glass.spent 2 days on the table before being picked up. A half empty water bottle was in the mini-fridge from previous guests.

honestly this was such a comfortable and convenient place to stay. rooms were huge, beds were so comfortable. Starbucks and Sixt car rental in the lobby - very convenient!

as many said in reviews the pool is nice but the glass makes it incredibly hot in the area, and that was in February.

It was clean

It was raining when we got there and water was leaking through the glass window. They said it stopped raining and they just cleaned up the water with towels and left more towels incase it rained again. Also the steps to valet parking are very slippery and the orange tape on them blends with the orange flooring. They have one last step into parking that my mother missed and fell to the floor. Had a swollen ankle the stay, thank God they let us barrow a wheelchair for her. Another older lady almost missed right after my mother did, but her son caught her on time. They can replace the tape on steps for yellow. More visible for safety.

Very lucky indeed. I profoundly dislike hotels where windows can not be opened and said to my self , well, you will have to deal with it for a few days and I guess what, first suprise, I was upgraded and second my room had a small balcony ; the smile on my face could not have been bigger, so lucky I considered myself , what a treat.

The sauna needs to be looked at, it stays around 60 or so degrees and it is far to cold for a sauna. I went and use the hamam instead and that one is top, apparently it was upgraded and they did a good job , so next sauna, please!

The hotel is centrally located. The building is beautiful and the customer service is exceptional. Loved the breakfast buffet. They have an omelet station with healthy choices along with a wide array of fruit, desserts, and other breakfast entrees to choose from-waiters are attentive and professional-ask for Oscar. He remembered our drinks and our preferences. Highly recommend choosing the breakfast option when you book. It was raining and the concierge/front door staff even lent us umbrellas to use for our walk! The rooms were clean, pretty, and changed daily with complimentary bottled water supplied on a daily basis. There are great gift shops located inside the hotel along with a Starbucks! In summary, a friendly professional staff. We will definitely be returning and consider this hotel our usual place to stay in the future.

the person who checked us into the room did not charge my credit card correctly. on returning to the hotel one evening we had been locked out of the room with all of our belongings inside until I paid the remaining amount. this was a mistake of the hotel, and we complained and spoke to the manager who agreed it was wrong and gave us free drinks. it was dealt with correctly but the method was not correct by the staff at the time.
