This hotel, spread across two old buildings, was very good and I'd return if I ever come back to Valencia. Ideal location in the Old City, beautifully and I'd guess recently renovated, extremely helpful staff, beautiful 5th floor (rooftop) terrace for breakfast, a cocktail or relaxing, and its own bar. My bathroom was large with working shower heads (this isn't always the case in Europe). Thanks to reception staff for terrific restaurant recommendations.

My room was small but I didn't mind, for a solo. It would be a squeeze for a couple. Lack of interior light in Old City parts of any European town or city is an issue but one adapts. No ala carte breakfast which was an issue for me. I want coffee and coffee again along with yogurt and fruit or something similar, and not my own personal buffet.

Location is excellent, room had lovely views and reception staff were so helpful.

The room was not sound proofed. Noise from the streets, neighbouring hotel and corridor woke us up at all hours.

Excellent location in the middle of town, close to all the sites. Lovely old building with comfortable, modern rooms. Delicious breakfast. Friendly staff, especially the lovely people who served breakfast. We had an interior room, and despite being right in the city centre during a festival (Reyes) we heard no street noise at all in our room.

Just a very minor thing: it would have been nice if the hotel had warned us in advance that the Epiphany procession would happen during our stay, and that because the route was very close to the hotel this would make the hotel difficult to reach for several hours without making a big detour.

From the moment we arrived till the check-out, we had an amazing stay! We got an upgrade from the so friendly receptionist to the biggest luxury room, wow amazing! The bed was so big and good we slept great! Every day they refilled the fridge at no extra costs. The bath, the rain shower with all the amenities. Nespresso coffee and tea also available in the room. The location was perfect, right in the old town and it was very quiet. The breakfast, like a buffet, eat as much as you want but you have to order it. Service was great, everything fresh and great taste! Loved the eggs benedict! We had an amazing stay and would recommend it to anyone! Thank you for your hospitality and great service!

Really comfortable, well located, welcoming hotel. Liked it a lot. Service and look/feel of fixtures and fittings, including shower, felt high quality. A/C was good, meant we could have fresh air with windows open but cool things down when we needed it. No guest or lift noise (despite being right by it) and got a great sleep every night in a comfy bed. Great work and big thank you to Aleksei who looked after us really well every breakfast/brunch. Free drink at the Cafe Madrid bar was a nice welcoming touch too.

There wasn’t really anything we could fault. It’s a really nice 4* hotel close to the historic attractions and plazas.

It was a pleasure, such a nice and lovely hotel, directly in the old beautiful town of Valencia🤩😍 (the place could’nt be better) 15 min with bus to the beach.. Nice stuff, great breakfast, wonderful bar & rooftop🔝( also for breakfast) I am just missing ‚ the every evening’ Agua di Valencia 🍊 We’ll come back for sure in this nice town and this awaysome place here. There was nothing… only that we had to go home today😉

Everything was great. There was an 8-minute walk to a metro station with direct connection to the airport, and a 5-minute walk to a bus stop with direct connection to the beach. The surrounding area had multiple restaurants, cafés, and bars, and there were two great rooftop and ground floor bars at the hotel. All staff were wonderful, the welcome package was extremely thoughtful, and the rooms were very clean and modern. Overall, very well worth the stay - cannot recommend it enough!

The shower glass was not fully isolated, so a tiny amount of water leaked out on the floor. However, this was not a significant issue and is easily solved.

Location is absolutely perfect. Very clean. Lovely welcome drink and lovely friendly staff. Great breakfast on rooftop but it get the best value....come hungry as its expensive otherwise. Very good food! Bed Very comfortable. Great shower. Everything perfect when we returned the following day with fresh towels, fresh bed etc. Water in the fridge. Great AC and balcony with street view.

Booked 3 rooms with large double bed in each. Not all had large double bed. The ones that had were perfect but we should all have got the same. That's it! Everything else perfect

Beautiful hotel in the centre of Valencia, great location close to shops/sights/restaurants. Hop on/off bus stop two or three mins walk away from hotel. Lots of wonderful architecture and things to see close by if you prefer a walking tour. Reception staff extremely helpful and welcoming, likewise the lounge bar staff. We travelled with our 13yo son and booked a suite. Decorated in calming colours, the suite had some lovely design details. We all slept well, the large king bed was extremely comfortable and the sofa bed had been made up ready and treats left for our son. We would use this hotel again.

Despite British Airways, failed, efforts to not enjoy my short break at Valencia (delay, lost and destroyed my luggage), I had an amazing time. I extended my stay and stayed five nights because I liked the centrality of the location, the availability of staff and cleanliness. This trip confirmed that I can do it, my way - no matter what. I am sure MYR Marques House staff can testify to this!

Pricey. I'd advise local business (not exclusively the hotel) to appreciate that not all people come to Valencia to take selfies, spend or party but to savour Valencian culture.
