Great location Everything was a short walk away Beautiful clean bathroom with high ceiling and rustic wall .

Sound proof was not so good , can heard the next room door opening and closing, building work, hammering and drilling. Due to the building work, the place was a bit dirty and dusty. The room size i was expecting was different, i stayed in a really small room but that was not a problem for me. The toilet was not level but worked okay.

The location is super, the rooms are enough for a few days vacation, comfy bed, good bathroom and shower with really good water pressure. Window overlooking a small square, but not loud , good atmosphere, good value for money. There were no smells in the rooms as stated in our reviews, which I was afraid of.. There was only a little bit of smell once, in elevator shaft.

needs a little TLC, a paint job, changing of some mixers effected with hard water, staff doesn't really speak fluent english, but to be fair we didn't really need to communicate much.

The hotel is located in the middle of the old city center, so it’s perfect. Everything is at walking distance. The room was good. Many people are writing it are very small rooms but for us it was just fine. We don’t come on holidays to sit in our rooms all day. You can hear people outside yes, but from 11 or 12 pm it was quiet on the streets, so no problem for sleeping.

Loved the spacious reception well decorated but it was in need of touch ups with decor at parts Loved the buildings features & the Juliet balcony / window was lucious We especially enjoyed our super bath-in the room

Smell in hall ways & reception

A little gem - tucked away in a quiet pedestrianised street right in the centre of the old town. Our room was much better than expected - we thought we were getting an interior room but actually got a room with a juliet balcony and a view out to the street below. The room was small but perfectly adequate for a short stay with a large comfy bed with nice quality bedding, private shower room with fluffy towels, tv, aircon, free wifi and complementary toiletries and drinking water. Reception staff were lovely - very helpful - and we were able to complete the check in process early and leave our bag at the hotel to enable us to explore without lugging our bag round with us until the room was ready at the agreed time. If you are looking for 5 star luxury with lots of facilities then this is not the place for you but for value for money accommodation in a fabulous location this place is hard to beat

As I mentioned the room was a little on the small size but for us that really didn't matter as it was clean and comfortable. Some of the decor was a little worn but honestly for the price we paid I was thrilled with the place

This location is one of the best imaginable in the city centre of Valencia. The room was very nice & quiet. The airconditioning worked the way it should and just in front of the hotel we had dinner in a lovely restaurant.

One little thing that could improve the hotel room was the bathroom lighting. Just a little light in de shower ceiling would improve a lot! But overall was very pleasant.

Perfect location and nice and cosy room. It was clean and had most things you might need, exept maybe the fridge/minibar.

There is a smell of sewer in the lobby. It is not the particular problem if the hotel, as it is present in the area. Fortunately, it is not present in the room.

Great location with a lot of places to see around and restaurants, perfect service and good price. Staff mostly speak spanish so be prepared.
