The location was very convenient and the staff was friendly and courteous.

I didn’t like to seeing the same piece of fruit on the elevator for my entire stay. That led me to believe that this location have anyone to clean in a daily basis. I didn’t like the out dated and broken down furniture in my room. The desk chair was so low and I couldn’t raise up, and reclining chair was so low and uncomfortable. This furniture seemed like it was purchased at a yard sale.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the kitchenette made it easy to stock up groceries and cook meals.

I didn’t like that there was a fee for parking on the property that wasn’t mentioned when booking the stay. It wasn’t until I was checking in that it was brought up. It would be better to know this when booking the stay so that it can be factored into the total.

The property was clean. I have stayed here before! It was in an excellent location.

I do not understand why parking would not be included in a booking rate. I do not recall paying it the last time I stayed there. The clerk was unprofessional and judgmental while handling business. I felt that she may have been a great staff member, but she did not have enough training.

It was close to a lot of the available shops downtown. The security measures and access to the hotel was really good.

A breakfast bar would be nice where you can serve yourself eggs, bacon, sausage, cereal, juice, toast, waffles, etc..

The location, parking facilities and work out facilities were a very good jump-off point to explore downtown Mobile for a few days.

Television and internet facilities were spotty whenever there was some inclement weather. That was disappointing since rainfall is inevitable during the summer in Mobile, and there was little other entertainment options inside when its raining besides internet and television. Also as a pet friendly hotel, guests with animals should be mandated to always have their animals on leashes as a safety precaution.

Staff was very nice 👍 Cokes and drinks were not over priced. Snacks were not over priced. We enjoyed our trip and would stay there again. Very good location and clean. We entertained my kids and grandkids, cooked out on their grills and enjoyed a great time.

Not much.... Everything was very good. No problems at all.

Room was very big with everything you need in the kitchenette. Beds are super comfortable, location is great, short walk to a lot of great things to see, do and restaurants. Pool is great, with grills to use to cook out on. Parking on site. The lady who checked us in (Marina) I believe, I’m bad with names, was amazing! I love the shampoo/conditioning dispensers in the shower as well (and the fact that they are dove products)

i have nothing bad to say, we loved it.

The location was perfect only 10 minutes from the hospital that my husband was in.. CT the staff was outstanding every person in there was very helpful and very kind. I would give them five stars

Desk staff was a little cold and not very helpful and it was difficult to find the place.

This is a very clean facility. The attention to detail in every room, in the lobby, in the parking lot were impressive. The staff is polite and professional.

I wish previous guest or housekeeping would double check that all silverware and plates are spotless.
