It was comfortable and clean. The amenities were fantastic.
The long walk down the corridor and the noise from the pub downstairs, I was on top of the noise there is no sound barrier.

The separate rooms in the twin set up , and the great breakfast pack provided .The shared bathroom was new and the double glazed windows made it quiet while being right next to a busy road. We loved the meals in the hotel and the free drink gift. Such friendly staff.

Relatively close to the airport which suited us. Secure premises and car parking was certainly acceptable although not totally secure. Lovely greeting and surprised that a bonus breakfast pack was available. Very considerate. Good bathroom and room. By Australian standards, very good value and ticked all boxes.
Bed was a bit soft but that is after getting used to hard mattresses for two months in Thailand.

We had a great stay, comfortable bed and everything we needed for night out in nearby Cronulla. Staff were lovely and we liked the little extras like the breakfast pack and complimentary drink. Would definitely stay again. Was basic as you would expect at this price point but very clean and well presented.
We could hear someone snoring next door and step up to the bathroom was a bit of a challenge in the dark! Everything else was great and would recommend if you are looking for a place to stay for night out.

Close to railway station (3 minute walk), quiet (even though on busy road there was no noise due to double glazed windows). Good food in pub downstairs. Lovely spacious bathroom. Comfortable bed. Nice continental breakfast pack supplied (would recommend bringing your own bowls and spoons). Plenty of parking. Plenty of Takeaway and sit down restaurants nearby. Good central location. Very nice staff. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Bar and eating facilities on ground floor. Very comfortable seating too. My room (4) was comfortable with a large picture window beside the small bed. Should I need accommodation in Caringbah again would definitely book this hotel. AND a $10 drink voucher provided too.
Not so much didn't like : there is no lift to 2nd floor where rooms are. 2 sets of stairs with a landing. A 10" step into shower/bathroom. If you like to wash with a face washer bring your own. A bit of street noise in early afternoon = school pick up & commuter traffic.

Clean and modern
The restaurant wasn't a good experience I had fish and chips and the batter was still raw. The table wasnt laid out and the staff member never noticed. Nor did anyone ask if the food was ok or take my plate away. It was only a quarter full in the dining room so there should have been plenty of time to cook the food properly and see if customers were satisfied

Location, and even though it's an older style hotel everything worked, everything you'd expect was supplied in quantity and more (tea, coffee, snacks, even a complimentary small continental breakfast pack). Hot water was consistent when showering, TV was a good size and allowed streaming, even the power points seemed to be position in the right place. Though located on a busy cross road traffic noise wasn't an issue due to windows double glazed. I generally don't write reviews but I was honestly impressed. I have stayed at far more expensive hotels that failed to come up to the standard of this hotel. I would without hesitation stay here again. Only wish I had the opportunity to eat at the hotel, but other commitments prevented me. It is truely the small things and the attention to detail that can make the difference.
One there were some noisy guests in the hallway around midnight for 10 minutes or so, but that can happen anywhere.

It was good but no bowls to have the cereal provided.
Car parking was tight and always worried about out car being hit by people going in and out of dan murphys as that was the only place we could park. Had to walk through drive way to get to outside door to access hotel. Strong smelling air freshener in the doorway to the stairs very difficult to breath throught there.
