Location, felt like home

The use of the laundry facilities was unavailable as the app required a valid mobile number If the app is catering for visitors,it should be country inclusive A wares drainer in the kitchen to store washed items

I liked everything, my son and I had a very pleasant experience at Bayview Regency Apartments and we didn't want to leave. The kitchen is very well equipped. The apartment is nice and comfortable. The manager, Yessica, is exceptional, she helped us resolve all the requests and after we had checked out, I received an email with a photo of something very important that I forgot in the room. She kept it for me until I could go pick it up. The neighborhood is incredible because it's beautiful and you have everything very close, even the beach! I would return without a doubt!

Easy check-in and check-out. Easy parking with plenty of spots. Short drive to the Lauderdale-of-the-Sea pier. Quiet neighborhood. Cold AC. Beach towels and extra blankets/pillows were provided. Simple, neat, and clean place. Smart TV in the living room and both bedrooms.

Although a coffee maker, filters, and a kettle were included, no coffee grounds or tea bags were provided. The couch was a little tight for 4 people. Given that the unit can accommodate up to 8 people, it'd be nicer with some additional seating (e.g., loveseat, armchair, etc.) Loud garbage truck pick-up on a Tuesday morning (we were on the first floor, and trash bins were right outside the window) The conditioner was not really a conditioner. It was very watered down. It felt more like hand soap. The shower water pressure couldn't be adjusted and could be too strong for some people.

Price, location, and the room size. The shower pressure was amazing.

Well, a few things. It's the second year I stay, so that means a lott. Firstly, one of two bathroomswase renovated. The non renovated bathroom desperately needs a facelift. The non working fan lets the humidity accumulate in the bathroom, and there seems like mold growing. The pool was great on day 1, but by day 5, the water started to get murky, and by day 7, we couldn't see the bottom. Seems like the filter wasn't working, as there was no water jet. We were four people sharing the apartment, and this year, the towerls were an issue. .... not enough.....and I did ask for more towels, but we just got 2 more ( shower towels).... last year, we had 4 shower towels and 2 beach towels each.... towels are important, as we took two showers per day.....and 1 towel each, just wasn't enough.

getting in was probably the worst part. I wasn't given a code to enter until i got there and called. The code was suppose to be given to me the day befor I arrived. The lock on the door was a key pad, blank w no numbers until you touch it. only if you hit the first number you will be let in. If you don't hit the first number, it will light up but you haven't hit the first number. you must guess where the first number is on the blank screen. It was annoying.

We liked how spacious it was and that it was very cosy

We have stayed at the Bayview Regency for 2 months, December and January months. Here are the pluses of this place. The location is excellent, 12 minutes walk to the ocean, at least 20+ restaurants within 5 minute walk. Tennis courts are 8 minute walk south. The size of this apartment is very large, bedroom was spacious and the it had 2 fairly sized bathrooms. Tv had hundreds of channels to pick from Internet was strong most of the time. Kitchen has all necessities needed for basic cooking. Regular sized stove, microwave and fridge. We did lots of cooking so we had to buy couple of small things for the kitchen like baking sheet , scissors etc. The laundry costs $3.50 for one wash and dry. The machines are very fast. If you are Canadian you have to buy the laundry card, the wash connect app will not work on your Canadian phone. All towels were provided, soaps and shampoos etc were also provided. The pool area is very pretty with lots of seating options available. They keep the building nice and clean.

The biggest concern we had was the noise. The apartment we had -number 23, had missing glass in the windows inside the bedroom. Any car or noise happening outside the window was extremely loud. The apartment is near a major intersection so it’s noisy 24/7. This was the biggest negative about this apartment. If you like quiet nights this wouldn’t be a place to stay. There was no noise we could hear from the neighbours so the other units ( if they have all windows fixed) might be quieter. Pool isn’t heated so it was too cold for swimming in the winter months.

Location of this property is in a great location with lots of restaurants within walking distance. The rooms/apartment is very spacious, clean and with more than enough cooking utensils. Especially liked the non-stick cookware in the unit- they were awesome. There are three levels on this property with stairs on either end, but there is also an elevator in the middle of the property. Check in was a breeze, via communication with the owners who sent me the key code for my unit. Response time from the staff is very quick- within 5 minutes. I had an issue with the microwave that didn't appear to be working and the next morning there was a handyman there to check it out. In no time we had a brand new microwave, as the other one couldn't be easily repaired. There is wifi throughout the property (of which there is one dislike about that... away from the living room or main hallway the wifi is weak. So if you're in the bedroom you may have a weak signal. Overall though, great value and it's worth it.

Not much to complain about. As mentioned in the likes, there's wifi throughout the property however as you get deeper into the unit (bedrooms) the signal drops off and is barely useable if you can connect at all. The extra parking at the rear does help out but really can use some light. I had to park in the rear of the property one night, and there is barely any light.

The apartment was very clean. The extra space having two bedrooms was great. Owners were very responsive when we called. Pool temperature was nice. Every time we came in, even if it was a bit late, there was a place to park.

The apartment had a few simple matenance issues that could have been taken care of before we got there, and the owner did say he would come and fix them. Trash trucks came very early and were a bit loud. Not a smoke free complex.

We had a two bedroom unit which offered plenty of room for my family. It was great having two bathrooms too. The kitchen offered all the basic amenities and although we didn't cook it was nice to be able to reheat the leftovers from the restaurant. There were plenty of towels and beach towels were provided too. The area was very convenient to Lauderdale By The Sea.

The bathrooms could use some updating. Although they seemed clean, they were definitely showing signs of wear. The sheets/bedding could use an upgrade too. Again, they were clean but very basic and the corners would slide off the mattress. The pool area was minimal.
