The property is in a good location; just a short walk into the old town and is decorated beautifully. The rooms were spacious and clean and so was the lobby area. The staff were amazing here; they helped us book our ferry to Phi Phi, told us a great place to go for food, and helped us find somewhere for laundry as well as somewhere to send a parcel home.

The only downside to this property were that the ceilings were quite low and the only window faced a wall so if we were there for a longer stay it may have bothered us but as we were only there for 2 nights it was fine.

Beautiful decor, great breakfast. Lovely little lounge area downstairs to relax. Friendly staff. Room was comfy and lots of English channels on the tv. Great location in Old Phuket town. Very clean. Will stay again, highly recommended.

We had a corner room with no view, so the room was a bit dark. Recommend to upgrade to a higher room type on the top floors. No pool which would have been a bonus but considering its a heritage building this doesn't allow. Also no elevator which we were aware of (typical in Asia), but staff helped carry bags upstairs.

Very clean, nice touches with the packets of ear buds and make up remover pads, water in fridge and a few snacks, staff were amazing and the breakfast was really good. Good value for the money, very well situated and they have 2 very large maps on the first floor landing that gives you, on 1 all the places to eat in the area and 2 all the places of interest, very handy.

I know I wouldn't get a view, but didn't realise the windows would be screened out completely, so no natural light at all

Thin walls (you can here everything from other rooms), extremely low ceiling, small window, no natural light, very basic design, my first impression of the room was prison cell, breakfast is very small, not big choice and lasting too short, also I had a problem with hot water

Staff were very helpful and patient though. We had a late check in . Breakfast pack was ready for us for early departure to tour next morning. Baggage storage on check out was a great help too. Rooms were clean n comfy. Beds heavenly ... after very long flights and long days . Well situated and easy to walk around town at all hours. Breakfast was the best!!! Loved the decor and the cute words and saying!!! We will come back. .

I like the design of the hotel. It looks cozy and comfortable. The location is good. 7 mins walk to old town area and there are restaurants around as well. The staff were kind and helpful. As we arrived the hotel, the staff provided us some local sweets and fruits. The room is perfect for a family.

The toilet is super small. Not enough space for putting toiletries and the water flow of the shower head is very weak.

Beautiful little boutique hotel. Staff very friendly and the traditional Thai breakfast was really delicious (moo ping and sticky rice). Room and bed of great size and aircon worked great. Bathroom was ideal.

The only thing is we were on the 3rd floor with no natural light (windows were blocked out) and there isn’t a lift (which isn’t possible in these buildings and it was ok to carry our bags up because we are able bodied but if you struggle with mobility it might be more of an issue).

Location was perfect for walking around the old town. The breakfast exceeding expectations with one dish each and a small buffet on the side - perfect to kick start our day with. The room was similar to pictures, spacious and enjoyed enough to go back again.

We had a few issues with the drain in the shower and the aircon but the hotel staff were very quick and responsive. Everything was solved ASAP.

5-10min walk from the centre, good value for money. Clean and comfy room and bed. Staff was also nice. Upon over comments, I had chosen with street view so I was not facing a wall and enjoyed the natural light and was disturbed by road noise.

No lift so if you struggle with steps, that might be a challenge but they did help with luggages so for me a minor thing.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We got a windowless room with no daylight at all. We asked to change the rooms and they were lovely and accommodated a better room. Great location near old town, quiet enough but with a lovely pizza restaurant nearby.

It's very useful to know there is no lift. It's also useful to advertise that rooms without a view mean rooms without a window and without daylight. It manages expectations.
