As soon as I arrived at reception I was reared with a smile and a welcome drink, check in only took 10 minutes then I was in my villa which was decorated with floating love hearts with candles in the pool, and an I ❤️u made out of flowers in my bath and a beautiful bed with a love heart made of flowers and a happy birthday sign on my bed. I was travelling alone for my 50th and wanted something special, it was absolutely beautiful, well above and beyond what I expected. I paid $55 for this but should have been $300 it was so well done. All the staff are such friendly and beautifully amazing people. 🙏🙏 I will be back.

The tiles in the kitchen and bathroom are very slippery when wet.

When we looked at the photos, we weren’t sure, but once we arrived, we realized it was a fantastic place. It's definitely an excellent facility. The staff are very good and friendly, always trying to fulfill requests with a smile. The pool is amazing and usually warm, so we could enjoy it in the morning and evening. The rooms and the entire place were very clean. You can go out in the evening and the beaches are quite close. We were very satisfied and are glad we chose this place.

The villa was perfect for a getaway. The staff were outstanding. Very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The grounds are beautiful. The pool is sparkling.

The toilet needs a bidet. The hose attached near the toilet was unhygienic and In need of replacement. The pillows and mattress lumpy.

The staff most responsive to help. Special mention for Manager Ayu who go the extra mile to assist on us getting contacts for private chef, photographers etc. Coffee machine in the villa. Value for money for the size of apartment with full kitchen set up. If you like the sound of nature, you will find it close here. Location not walking distance to Seminyak Square but Grab will bring you there for a few dollars in a short while. Minimal flies and mosquitoes experience which is a pleasant surprise.

Open toilet concept which some may find inconvenience but I guess it is quite common for villa set up. But the one bedroom unit may be more open. Facilities may be slightly dated for some units but good housekeeping.

Love the pool, depth is good for an Asian like me ( im short), there were other villas that is too deep, can't enjoy it as much. Love the toilet and bath area! The shampoos and soap provided smell nature like aromas. The bedroom is huge too. There is a sofa i can chill at. Breakfast was variety of 4 types only but quite delicious and filling. Love the juices , its fresh. The indoor interior is functional with great size cupboard and hairdryer provided. They provided a birthday decor on the bed at no additional cost. Staffs were very polite . There is a mall nearby.

Outdoor lounge chairs are dirty. Not clean hence i didnt utilised that area. If clean great for suntanning though. When i came in there was 2 welcome drinks in the fridge from the past occupants.

This is the best Ever place I will recommend. It has a great ambiance. First I booked another place and spend 1 night turns out the worst place. Urgently I booked this Tukad villas and wasn’t expecting to be good. But when I went there it was a heaven. It is very accessible to everywhere. The staff is also the best. If anybody reading my comment, close your eyes and book this place.

The private pool villa is clean and well maintained. Overall a good stay.

We arrived at about 9pm and the check-in was smooth. However both bedroom aircon is not cold. We have notified the reception however they would only be able to call the maintenance person to check on the next day. Both the bedroom aircon was fully functional and cold after the maintenance. Location is quite a distance from the shopping areas. Don't think you can walk out to the main road as it is quite a distance and there are many stray dogs especially at night. However there are Grab facilities so its convenient for transport and ordering food. It will be good if Tukad Villa were to provide self-serve coin laundry and dryer services.

The staff at the Property is the greatest asset, they would go above and beyond to make the customer happy. The villa in itself is a great place to spend time, with a private pool, gardens and big spacious rooms it is definitely one of the must places to stay when in Bali

The breakfast can be a little better, instead of serving the same breakfast again and again they can mix it up with different things on different day.

The privacy of the villas was perfect, the staff were fantastic Cynthia & Ayu in reception were great plus all the guys that cleaned and maintained the villas were brilliant. Nothing was a problem for them

Only downside was the location, it's on the wrong side of Sunset Road for bars/restaurants etc but with grab taxis it's not really a problem.

Staff was very kind We were able to have an early checkin which was really appreciated The villa was beautiful and comfortable

The roof of the entrance & bathroom should be maintained, water was leaking every time it was raining
