Located 2 min walk from Monastiraki square. Nice and quiet hotel Room was big and spacious, clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was dull and not so much variety. Vegetables not so many and not any fruits. There were no shelf or drawers to put your cloths. Only hangers so i had to keep my stuff in my suitcase.

The amazing location . Quiet while in the heart of plaka. Very nice room with view on the acropolis ( 404) Very friendly and helpful team .

The breakfast room . Even if the breakfast was included , we didn’t take any as it is in a blind room with no windows and very dull atmosphere . We rather take one in the amazing surroundings cafes .

Everything. The hotel was beautiful. The architecture was minimalist modern and lighting was fantastic. The staff were incrediable and more than accommodating qnd very passionate about making our stay worth while.

this was my first time in Athens & I couldn’t have picked a better hotel to stay at. Each reception clerk was helpful, friendly and did their best to assist in any questions, suggestions or recommendations. The room was stunning, with a view to the Acropolis. The location is amazing, right in the middle and walking distance to many spectacular locations. It’s close to bars, restaurants and it made my trip thoroughly enjoyable and memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel and will always use it in the future

High tech air conditioning controls were a bit confusing. Difficult to hail a cab at this location.

Breakfast was amazing. We were catered to with service and some of the friendliest staff and people that we had met in Athens. The location was excellent. Our view from our balcony far exceeded our expectations.

The "SMART" part of the hotel was a little confusing. I think if it was something we had used before it might have been easier. How to set temperature in room was a little bit confusing. My siblings in the 3 other rooms we had rented were a little confused by it as well. Loved the bidet in balcony room we had chosen to stay in but it had as many buttons on it as a TV remote control. The maid didn't know how to operate it either. It would open and close on its own when we weren't even in the bathroom. It gave us something to laugh at because we determined it had a mind of its own. We did use the basic operations of the bidet but didn't know what the other buttons were for. We come from the U.S.A. and bidets are something we are not used to using.

the staff were so helpful and accommodating and enthusiastic the facility was very modern and new the room was clean and spacious I had the suite with view of Acropolis from a large terrace balcony, and it was a momentous, lovely view

the Resturant had no windows and it felt more like a cafeteria. perhaps bc it was new. the cocktails and food were exceptional. mainly the decor was perhaps unfinished. however there are so many restaurants around the hotel it didn’t matter to me. room service was served promptly and accurately to our suite : )

very central location, not far from the next metro station and close to good restaurants and attractions. the room was clean. the staff is extremely welcoming and freindly

We had no view, only old buildings and we had to keep the blinds half closed all day. The breakfast was good, but no fresh fruit salad. Due to winter I do understand. Very limited selection of cereal.

Booked the queen suite for my 10 year anniversary with my partner and was blown away with the hotel, staff and location. We had a bottle of wine and platter of fresh fruit on arrival which was delicious. The hotel and reception was fast, fantastic and modern style all round. The room was amazing, comfortable, huge, clean, kitted out and the smart features made it incredible user friendly and fun! The hot tub bath, large shower and huge balcony were amazing features of the room providing real luxury. The location of the hotel was incredibly central but tucked just far away off the main street to provide a quiet setting. The staff were incredibly useful, attentive providing support advice and an overall amazing atmosphere. We got the breakfast included and just wow! Amazing food, variety and locally sourced goods. Everything was of great quality from the food down to the cast iron teapots the hot drinks were served in making for a great and quality experience. This hotel was an overall fantastic place to stay and having travelled nearly all of the European capitals staying in plenty of hotels I can confidently say it was one of the best base locations to see a city I have ever experienced at a completely reasonable rate. Id recommend this to everyone coming to Athens!

Nothing - everything was perfect. The only thing we didn't like is that we didn't have long enough to figure out the smart toilet :) !

Hotel positioned in the heart of Athens close to restaurants and bars. Wonderfully colored entrance with a very kind staff. Nice and clean rooms. Enormous shower. Wonderful drivers service.

Due to the limited space a typical hall is missing in case it’s needed to work. Breakfast is rich but missing some sweets and could be implemented. Rooms a bit cold due to the smart environment not always working perfectly.
