What a spectacular place! The view is absolutely stunning - I could have spent everyday on the balcony looking at that view. The staff were really kind, helpful, and informative. I recommend buying wine in town and bring it to drink on the balcony. I would 100% stay here again. The walk down into town is about 40 minutes. Most of it is beautiful, but the last half is really on the side of the road which is a little scary at times.

The shuttle was really unorganized. They say it runs every 30 minutes, but it's really just comes when it wants. I feel that charging 5 euro person, each way is a little much for how sporadic the shuttle actually comes. The night before check out, we scheduled the shuttle for 10:30. When we went down at 9:45 to confirm, they said "no, we only have time to take you in 5 minutes or else we cannot get another shuttle until 11:30 - which we couldn't do due to a scheduled train. So basically we had to shove everything into our bags and get out in 5 minutes. And then she didn't even drop us off at the assigned spot. We had to walk a bit with all of our luggage to the ferry port. Two shuttles would be great and could solve some of those timely issues.

Everything!! This property is a hidden gem and home away from home! The million dollar views of this property blew us away! It sits atop of a hill overlooking Bellagio with a stunning 180-degree view of the lake! They offered a beautiful outdoor patio terrace and also an indoor dining area enclosed by wall to wall glass so you could enjoy a delicious meal while enjoying the spectacular views of Lake Como! The staff, Massimo and Corina took great care of us. Our stay included breakfast and the food was delightful. We dined at their restaurant the first night since we arrived so late and the food was excellent! They provided shuttle service into town for 15 euros. Our family suite (2 floors) was spacious, including 2 bathrooms and two bedrooms. The views from the rooms were beautiful as well. We stayed 2 nights and our overall experience was excellent! I highly recommend this property when visiting Bellagio!

You will not get a better view from another venue.....anywhere in Bellagio; guaranteed. The room has a high ceiling and large windows and patio door; wonderful. This hotel is a few minutes out of town so it's best to have a vehicle. Wonderful to have an electric charging station on site. If you decide to cycle to town, you'd better be in A+++ shape. It's very hilly. Views in all directions are amazing. A good idea to stay a few days to allow the ambiance to seep in.

Restaurant was expensive Breakfasts were very very simple; sliced ham and cheese, boiled eggs, breads, jams, fruit cups. Breakfasts may have changed in the last 8 months because previous reviews raved about them.

The property has a magnificent view of Bellagio and the surrounding area. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Our room was very comfortable, and breakfast was very nice.

The property is approximately 3 km from the Bellagio waterfront and ferry terminal, and there is no public transport close to the hotel. However, they do provide a very reliable shuttle service during the day (5 euros per person per trip). We walked down to the waterfront and used the shuttle for the uphill return.

The reception staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel had plenty of parking space for it's size. The public areas of the hotel were very stylish. The room had a large balcony with a nice view of the surrounding hills. Breakfast was excellent. The view from the hotel restaurant and the patio was second to none! 180 degree panorama view of Lake Como and Bellagio - stunning!

The room itself was a bit underwhelming compared to the rest of the hotel. The beds were very soft. We ordered two pizzas at the hotel restaurant; they took more than an hour to arrive. The waiter did apologize after 45 minutes, and served us a small plate of cold cuts, but why did it take another 25 minutes AFTER this to serve the pizzas? And I later discovered we were charged for the pizza + dessert offer even though we only ordered pizza. Oh well, the pizzas were excellent...

The location of the hotel -- at a height in Bellagio -- offers a breathtaking view of Lake Como as it bifurcates into its two "legs" and also the snow-capped mountains in the distance. This spectacular view is shared by all lake-facing rooms. The food was very good -- important because it is difficult to travel to another restaurant unless you have your own car.

The rooms that do not face the lake are disappointing -- not only do they not have the gorgeous views but the rooms themselves are not as well appointed as the lake-facing ones (at least the room we were in, for one of our two days at this hotel). While the location is fabulous for the views, traveling to the main downtown area involves a shuttle ride that costs Euro 5 per person per trip and is available during the day till 7:00 pm. (If you have your own car, this is not a problem, though it is still a 10-minute drive between the hotel and downtown Bellagio.)

Fabulous view over Bellagio n Lake Como from our private balcony. Lovely friendly n very helpful staff. Great location on the hill. Shuttle bus service was a great bonus n very efficient. Breakfast was great with both hot n cold food. We stayed an extra night due to these contributing factors.

The hotel exceeded expectations except the paper cups in the room - no glasses or cups unfortunately. Also the wifi was very slow. I’m sure these items will be attended to in the near future.

The view - From balcony the morning (or any time) view is speechless! Stuff - Stuff are so friendly, cordial and humble. They are always ready to help you either by giving information or with services. Food - If you would like to enjoy your snacks while sunsetting with their wonderful cappuccino....you will never forget that moment. Even though around 21:00 they did not said "we are close" (Just one min away there has one nice waterfall, at night its sound gives you extra peace)

If they divide the 2nd floor balcony I think it will be more practical and give privacy to the guest. Kindly serve the brush, paste and shower gel. Its cost not that much :D

On the top of the mountain. Walk more than 1 hour to reach from the ferry station, but can have a deep view of the town along the way. The restaurant environment is good, can see the snow-capped mountains. Thanks to the restaurant owned by the hotel, as there is no other place open on Christmas Day. The food is good and not expensive, the breakfast included also has various kinds to choose. Room is warm and clean, staff is friendly. We forgot to bring adapter for charger, they have various kinds of adapters to use. But kindly remind to bring your toothpaste as they don’t provide haha.
