Everything was quite enjoyable. Pools, restaurants, bars, views were quite good. Every interaction with the staff was quite pleasant, they all were helpful and cheerful. (Photo shows view of rooms, ours had the patio and recliner in the water. The swim up bar was to the left, just outside the photo.)

We loved how clean it was. I am a big germaphob so I always clean anytime I stay anywhere. Their staff is on top of it. We also loved the "more inclusive ". Due to this we were able to make so many more memories without having the hassle of finding transportation. Activities like canoeing, paddleboard, snorkeling.. ..The staff were so friendly. We are definitely going back and are thinking about becoming members. We didn't get to do one of the presentations , but had the pleasure of meeting a few couples that were and shared their experiences. Lastly, we loved that they decorated our room for our anniversary and had soft music playing when we arrived to room after dinner.

We didn't like that were not able to walk right out to the beach from the seaside side. However the fact that the campus shuttles to you to adjacent resort with curbside service made up for it. Also the beds were not so comfortable to me but my husband was ok with it

We loved everything about the property! It was beautifully manicured and well taken care of! We stayed during Christmas and I fell that they made it so special for everyone…very festive and fun! We would definitely stay here again anytime!

There honestly wasn’t anything we disliked about this property from our stay. We were 100% satisfied!

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was amazing!

We loved the room but we wish we would have stayed in the other part of the resort. We didn't really like the pool outside our door. We also couldn't see the ocean very well.

I think your vacation is what you make it. There was a party there at the same time that had an horrible experience. But they had an arrogant and mean spirit! We looked at them complaining because we had a total opposite experience. It was amazing. Views service food cleanliness was great. The spa is a must. Make sure you bring your tip because the staff definitely deserves it from the bell hop to the room service. Swimup outside every room. The only thing I recommend is if you go through booking make sure you booked for 2 guest and not one, that was the only hiccup we had at the beginning. You will have to pay extra.

The staff were always kind and sincere, making you feel like they were part of your family. We left there feeling welcome and taken care of, making long lasting friendships, and sad to leave.

There was nothing not to like.

The ocean front pool swim out suite was just what we wanted.

We've stayed at El Dorado Royale 10 years ago and the food at Seaside Suites was good, but did not compare to Royale.

The room and the walk out to the pool. The buffets were very good.

Only one 2 restuarants on the seaside suites side. Had to go the distance to Palms side or back to the front lobby to dine.

Santiago, one of the staff who was at the beach was so hospitable and kind. we couldn’t tip him as we didn’t carry change but please find him and thank him. great guy !

it takes a ton of time to check in. the process is from medieval ages. a lot needs to be automated or asked from guests prior to checking in.

The place if beautiful. Great location the staff is just amazing Antonio from the drifwood bar the people from the spa everyone was just amazing!!
