Excellent and friendly staff. Excellent "petit déjeuner". Centrally located wrt center town, train station, etc. Close to all that is required for a traveler. Car parking under the hotel was a nice feature for a couple of nights. I could walk anywhere in town. Close to the Vilaine river which except for its brown color, has its charm. I would highly recommend it and would go back to it if going back to Rennes in the future.

On the 5th floor, I only had the view of the sky as my view was obstructed by the remnant wall of an old "imprimerie". At least my room was private from any one looking in. My son located on the other side of the corridor, had an excellent view of the courtyard. Good for him!

The location was excellent, Value for money with good sized rooms. Attentive well informed staff. Great facilities. Comfortable beds. Parking on site real added bonus.

Single breakfast cost of nineteen (€19.00) euro per person was far to expensive when surrounded by local cafe and bars charging eight €8.00 euro for the same menu When booking rooms the hotel should provide more details of the one way vehicle access system! (confusing due to directional signs) prohibitive except for hotel access? The bedroom was as expected with the exception of the two single low quality pillows. We had to request additional pillows through reception, a minimum of two per customer stored in the room if required would help.

It is very central and a very nice hotel which is very clean and we rate as very important

I cant say anything negative here about the actual hotel as there was nothing we didnt like but we did find that on check out the gentleman we dealt with on this particular day was a little abrupt with us and we were surprised by this as all our previous stays and check outs were wonderful hence we always go back and we still will maybe he was having a bad day which can happen

The main strength of the hotel is the location - quite central, so you can reach any sights on foot. Our room faced the inner courtyard garden, which features a fountain - quite pleasant to listen to. The beds were quite comfortable. The breakfast was quite good, but pricey.

Our room, though called deluxe, was quite small. Since the sofa was open, we could clearly see the floor underneath hadn't been cleaned in months, there was dust and objects lying around - in stark contrast to the rest of the room.

GREAT STAFF! Comfortable beds, great location near lots of restaurants and shops. Be sure to go beyond the few streets around the hotel as there is so much to see. Very nice breakfast choices. My favorite hotel stay in France on this trip. Big fluffy towels too. Shout out to pharmacy just around the corner. They were so helpful!

A plus would have been laundry facilities on-site but found a clean laundromat not far.

Nice hotel in ideal location: between train station and old town. Very tasty breakfasts. Kind and helpful staff. Rooms well equipped and furnished in classic way.

Bathrooms could be modernized and more elegant - not they seem like a plastic containers.

Everything from booking in to booking out was good. Staff friendly, efficient and helpful. Room very well equipped

Unfortunately both the coffee cups in the room had not been washed properly and therefore unusable. Whilst disappointing and annoying it was tge only blemish on our stay

Well situated in the center Rennes and not far from the train station. A deluxe room over a garden.

The name « Parliament » is a catch it is near the Place de la République and next to the famous city Parliament . Small detail there is no shoe polish on floor 2

Our two rooms were very well equipped, We had rooms with view to the very nice large garden-backyard. That does not belong to the hotel, but to a senior residence. Our rooms were "Chambre Double Deluxe avec Canapé-Lit - Côté Jardin" and we can very much recommend this room category. That back-/garden-side is very calm and you can keep the window open in the night. The location of the hotel is well suited to reach the historic center by feet. Important positive point: the hotel has an own parking garage. Breakfast was well equipped, incl. scrambled eggs fresh fruits etc.

Downtown and city culture closeby to walkthrough n try local cuisines, the staffs were very courteous and co-operative.

Breakfast menu can be enhanced and made more comprehensive.. Its bit generalized at the moment.
