Nice location, no need for check in (the host texts you the main door and room code). Unlike other reviews that seem to mention having to pay with cash, the payment has been processed by booking.com, which is fine by me.

The worst is the connecting door!!! I could literally hear everything my neighbor said, their TV, every sneeze burp and snore, and i am sure they could hear mine. Heck, i could SMELL what's going on in the other unit, e.g - a morning coffee smell, through that door. Second worst, that nobody seems to mention in their review - window blinds, that don't block much light, important if you want to sleep in the morning. Finally, minor but annoying, there is a great TV set in the room, but it's really hard to plug your own devices into its HDMI because of the way it is mounted (be very careful if you try, drop it off it's mount, and a new TV is likely on you).

Location was excellent. Very clean facilities with staff available for assistance. I’d recommend bringing a broom if extended stay as there was not one if room and with trips to beach, sand find it’s way everywhere. Free wifi.

Parking expenses for a week was over $300 to park at self park that was a 2 min walk from Renzzi. Be prepared for this extra expense as most places offer parking of some sort, this place does not.

The location is perfect! I stayed in the 1st floor unit and had everything I needed. Super close to all of the S.Beach offerings either by walking or riding a bike. Just far enough to have a break from the night life. Plus access to the beach was a couple of streets away. Would stay here again in a sec.!

Nothing comes to mind, other than maybe a small ice maker in the unit ;)

Location is great, also the flat was very nice and stylish I would say. Staff is very polite and flexible!

I think the only bit missing is daily cleaning, like sweeping, taking out the garbage etc. It’s not massive, but would be a nice touch.

The bed is a bit hard. But the apartment is very clean and modern reminds me of a Airbnb very roomy

Emily and Gonzalo were great hosts - helpful, timely with clear communication. Very accommodating with early and late checkouts as we had our flight schedules changed multiple times. 2 bed room apt is spacious and walkable distance from the beach, but on second floor. luggage have to carried two small flight of stairs. No parking on site, but we managed to park on the street without getting towed ;-). 2-4$/hour public parking options close by. Kitchen is equipped with enf cutlery. no drinksware but, managed with tea mugs.

Very well located in Miami Beach and 5mn walking from the beach! The room was also very well equipped with a full kitchen, bed was comfortable and big enough, TV was huge! Towels were also provided more than needed which was helpful and a room service was coming every two days which we appreciated. Also, staff was very flexible as we were able to check in late morning instead of middle afternoon, which we appreciated a lot. Definitely a very good value for money in Miami Beach. I would just recommend Renzzi to provide some tissues to dry the dishes! Also, the door of the bathroom was a bit narrow and this wasn’t always very convenient. Otherwise the rest was perfect!

I couldn’t have found a better place to stay in the best location in South Beach. The check-in process was smooth, the building is incredibly charming, and it has been recently renovated with tasteful decor. We loved the room, which features a small, fully equipped kitchen that was perfect for preparing our breakfast. A special thanks to Renzzi, who welcomed us warmly and made our stay truly special. We’ll definitely be back!

Amazing location on South Beach. The apartment is beautiful and super spacious. The kitchen has everything you need to cook for yourself, even a full size fridge, freezer and oven. Very handy. Will definitely be staying again.

Nothing major, just small improvements. Would be nice to have some cleaning spray in the kitchen and a brush for the floor in the room. The shower’s water pressure is very low so it’s a bit challenging to wash longer thicker hair there. Other than that it was all perfect!

The location was prime. This property has the potential to be an absolute 10. We had a problem with our room and took a downgrade to gain some peace. Staff was great!!

Plumbing issue in the downgraded room. The fact that I paid for a premium room and had to change rooms and lose comfort and size. I gained a good night rest and peace. Walls on the 3rd floor were super thin.
