It was a very clean and nicely decorated room. Modern and appealing. Great location to the beach!

Only issue was that the shower door didn't seal properly and when my son took a shower, it half flooded the bathroom floor. So we had to tilt the shower head at an angle towards the wall to be sure that didn't happen again. It's a very fixable issue though so that wouldn't stop us from staying there again. It was a little loud on the first floor, but you don't go stay on Miami Beach for peace and quiet so totally exceptable! We just stayed 1 night before our cruise, so it was nice to enjoy the beach, sleep and head to our adventure.

Very close to the beach, you can borrow towels for the day. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Walkable everywhere. Did not seem to see any pests like cockroaches or ants during stay.

The metal dresser/drawers has pieces coming out of it, can get hurt if little kids run into it and even adults. Water took a long time to get warm in shower and water kept coming out of the door.

great location, tons of restaurants, bars and stores around. Really nice the fact that the hotel has a restaurant, I had a late check in, so have some good food and decent price was really nice

the room was fairly spaced even the bathroom, but the bed was really small (for two people) it felt more like a full size than a queen. the mattress in fact was presta comfy but the bed frame every time you move just a little bit makes so much noisy. But for the price and location I’ll definitely come back!

The location was perfect for Ocean Drive, very nice restaurant/bar downstairs.

No breakfast. cleaning the room only with a three day reservation. No trash bin in the room, two beds and no space for luggage even if we booked on for two people in a double bed.

Really good location at Collins Ave at Miami Beach South Beach. Beach and Ocean Drive are just a hop away. Nice design, good and comfy bed.

The lamp over the bed had a big dust crust, like it never got cleaned. The rest of the room and restroom was nice and super clean. Just be aware of Spring Break it can be a bit louder from the street or from the floor.

The location is a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. There is an onsite restaurant. Very walkable. The room has a mini fridge. There are windows but not a view from room 105. Check in and Check out was great. Beach towels were provided. But no beach chairs. We would stay again.

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like. Everything was good.

The option to pay sefty deposit ,the staff told me that I have to pay the sefty deposit which was like surprise ( since I was staying less then 5 days )for me and then they give me only one choice (by card) to pay that amount ,and I was struggling to pay with my cards even the card was active with funds,but they help me to slove my issue thanks to the receptionist and God 🙏

the room and the bed was very comfortable. bathroom was a little small but it was very clean. overall the hotel was really nice and there were coffee shops and restaurants near by. super easy and quick walk to the beach.

the street was very noisy. we went during spring break weekend so the street was blocked off during the evenings so ubering was sometimes difficult but not bad.

Location was great and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. There are a lot of restaurants nearby, including Lincon Shopping mall is walking distance from the hotel. We have stayed here before and always receive great service.

It was very cute and chic. Friendly and accommodating staff, very Intimate , clean & great location. Restaurant and Bar in the Lobby was a plus.

The elevator door slammed unusually hard loud, was very loud and hard bounce on each floor.
