Central location, easy communication with the staff, nice breakfast

A lot of things are damaged/out of order. In one room the drainage was blocked so we changed the room but there the fridge was not working.

Good Location,free wifi,Historical Property,modern bathroom/bedroom.Lifts.choice of restaurant/bar/cafe.Property is superclean.Quality of furniture/paintings/general areas/corridors are excellent quality.Breakfast is 5*excellent quality.Restaurant menu/food is high quality.Chef maintains high standards.Impressive.

Ensure Housekeeping provide Water & Tea/Coffee replenished daily.Wifi can be unreliable occasionally(log offs/weak signal).Any customer service issues were resolved during stay.Staff should focus on customer service details.Lunch menu should have lighter options(omelette/Club Sandwich etc).

I recently stayed at the Hotel Diament Plaza Katowice and had an exceptional experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel's location is perfect, with easy access to the city center and major attractions. The on-site restaurant served delicious food, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Katowice!

Room excellent, room looked new, plenty of sockets, prices of items in the minibar where fine.

Could have had USB charging outlets in the room, I did find one wireless charger, but it was not fast! Would have liked some socket adaptors in the room, but reception did provide one when asked, Shower head was a bit low. Came down at 2120 for dinner, not starter of my choice (tomato soup). When I finished main course the kitchen had closed so no desert despite it being on show in fridges in the restaurant !!

Good hotel, friendly staff, great location, great breakfast

Pillows were cheap and horrible, polyester fiberfill, 3 nights we could not sleep. The worse thing was that after the first night we complained and the staff were 'surprised,' they acted as if they never heard this before and nothing was done to rectify the situation so we had to spend another 2 nights in great uncomfort. For such a nice hotel, the management should have thought of having AT LEAST another type of pillows

I like absolutely everything about Diament Plaza. Staff at the reception is truly nice and attentive to detail. I received a call prior to my arrival to confirm my stay . I felt like i was an awaited guest even before my arrival :) The hotel facilities and the location are great. Most of all i liked the bed - super comfortable mattress for a good night sleep. I had a superior room that was really specious. Unexpectedly big ))) Possibly more than i needed for my 1 night stay but i would really recommend it for a longer stay visitor. Bathroom is also very specious and contemporary. The hotel provides basic toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner etc,. Diament is a great hotel with a beautiful decor , great and helpful staff and very convenient location..

Perfect location close to everything you need in downtown, pleasant staff, tasty breakfast. Rooms are pretty spacious, modern, but a little bit dark.

Parking is pretty expensive (150PLN/day) in underground garage. I understand that the area can be difficult for parking, but for a hotel guest, I think it should be a little bit cheaper. Also the entrance to the garage was a little bit blocked by other cars standing in front of the gate during our arrival, so it was a little bit of a challenge to get down there. I don’t know if the cars had anything to do with the hotel, but the hotel should take care of such rude drivers by calling police and making sure the access is open.

Perfect central location, a five minute walk from the train station, with multiple restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance. Our room faced the courtyard which meant that it was super quiet and cozy. Also really liked the overall modern design and the water cooler on our floor was a very welcome little perk (we always drink loads of water and it’s awesome to not have to rely on bottled water or room service).

Breakfast was fine, though it would have been awesome to have more carb-heavy gluten-free options; and a coffee maker in the room would have been nice. Also, what we paid for the room was way higher than their standard room rate since we were there during festival week; so while I understand supply & demand this seemed an absurdly steep increase.

Central location, comfortable rooms, everything works as in good hotels should.

I explicitly booked a room with a bath (which was more expensive), but the receptionist did not seem to have it in the system and would give me a room with a bath only after I asked. Then I ended up in a room with a bath, but no view (instead of a city view, as advertised).

New property. A few people on breakfast. Superb breakfast - a lot of options of everything: fish, sausages, fruits, coffee, bakery, muesli, etc. Great location - 4 mins walk to the main train station and Galleria Katowice, as well as it is located at the beginning of the walk street fully packed with restaurants and people.

In my room the sink was almost fully blocked (not working) on my arrival. It is strange that cleaning ladies haven’t seen and/or didn’t reported it. Interior finishes made in style of 70s - which personally myself don’t like. But looks like in good quality. The controller monitor for internal light in the room, AC made on tablet embedded into the wall - you can’t shut light off on this thing, so there is always I turned on light from it in night in your room (I don’t like it all) - I prefer all light object to be off while I’m sleeping.
