Ideal and used before as now on an overnight stop between the south and the north Spanish ferry ports. Ideally placed close to the main road system; perhaps one kilometre off at a good junction. Offered an upgrade to a superior double room, even nicer than the standard budget room, but either offered all one needs for a short stay. Happily book to stay there again.

One the way south had an excellent meal and helpful staff, not quite so good on the return. We do not speak Spanish ( perhaps we should) and the meal was poorer, but still adequate, not deliverd so hot and other minor points made it less enjoyable than on our way south.

Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Hotel location, just off Ruta de Plata motorway was ideal. The food in the hotel restaurant was very good and value for money. Excellent breakfast buffet as well.

We were unlucky that two toddlers in the adjacent room decided to scream around 07:00. Not the hotel's fault but the rooms are not soundproof, which I wouldn't expect at this price range. Not a criticism just an observation. There was only one extra pillow, needed two.

Great location, just off the motorway, but a very quiet and safe hotel. Everything was very tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Safe parking under a canopy - we could even see our car from our room. The dinner was exceptionally good, plenty of food, well presented and delicious, at a very reasonable price. Breakfast was very good in a lovely conservatory. We will definitely go back.

Location, close to motorway. Parking adjacent. Clean, comfortable rooms, plenty of english tv channels. Breakfast fairly good.

Main course in restaurant was awful. My wife had pigs cheek which was just ok, but my steak was probably the worst piece of meat I have ever been served, and both portions of potatas fritas were uncooked. Everything else was average at best.

Had a buffet dinner on our first night. It was very good. Breakfast was fine. Room was clean and comfortable.

When we arrived there was a wedding on so all the parking spaces were taken. The hotel was a fair way out of Salamanca. Access to the hotel was awkward depending on the direction you were coming from.

The fact that they didn’t put any coffee or tea making facilities in the room, I would’ve though with the rates, which are higher than we normally would pay, this would be the norm, and when I asked in reception about it, he snapped coffee in bar! Which was not open early next morning and we had to leave early as we had a five hour car journey in front of us!

Convenient location. Exceptionally helpful, friendly staff. Although the pool was closed due to maintenance, the staff arranged to have it opened especially for my disabled son. Access to hotel freezer to re-charge ice blocks.

Wi-Fi didn't work in the bedroom. The hotel needs Wi-Fi repeaters so that all bedrooms are served.

We had booked an economy twin room but we upgraded to a superior room when we got there as we wanted a bit more space. The room was lovely and large. The hotel has both a cafeteria and restaurant attached to it. We had a very nice evening meal in the cafe. The staff were very friendly and helpful and provided us with a place to store our bikes.

Stayed here the same time last year during a similar journey from Navarra. The hotel is very conveniently located a short drive from the main highway and Salamanca is within easy reach. Convenient parking and easy access. A pleasant outside terrace on which to have a drink and relax after a long drive. Reception and staff very welcoming - excellent service in the restaurant for dinner - the hotel has a very good menu. Breakfast was OK but not exceptional.

We enjoyed this hotel, the lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful in everything we needed. Even as the Pool was “out of season” she still took time to show us the pool area. Breakfast was excellent, we also enjoyed dinner at the hotel, it look a little expensive at fist look, however, we where served like royalty and the portions where quite large, ended up being a nice relaxing dinner at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

The mini fridge in our room did not work, we reported it to the front desk and they promised to have it looked at or repaired. It happens that these can fail and it was appreciated that they took time to schedule a repair.
