The front counter gentleman was very accommodating. Very professional and kind. It's a "value" hotel located within walking distance. Great value for the price. Nothing fancy, just perfect for the price.

No complaints from me. I can see why people might complain about some imperfections of the place. Please keep in mind, you're not paying for a 5 star hotel. You get what you pay for. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean. I felt safe and it's not in a questionable area. Fair place for a fair price. Just don't expect a room at the Hilton.

The staff was so friendly. They don’t do housekeeping in your room during your stay, which I like. But they were readily available when we needed something. We watched Disney fireworks from the balcony.

I would only suggest bringing your own pillows if possible, we had them in the car from a long road trip and they came in handy for our stay.

staff were lovely, my room wasn’t ready when I got there (totally my fault for flying in at the crack of dawn) so they gave me access to a bathroom to prepare for the day in which was really lovely! Check in was easy, room was very spacious and clean.

Sink outside of the bathroom was super weird and hard to get to cause of the door in the way but that’s just if I’m picky haha otherwise it was great! its a bit of a hike to get to Disney but Uber is like $6 to get home of an evening so its a nice walk in the morning!

We chose this place for close proximity to Disneyland Resort. It is in walking distance to the park. It is very lit up, and the neighborhood felt very safe. The amount you pay to stay at this location is very budget friendly.

The pillows were not comfortable. We wish they had a pool or a jacuzzi.

It was basic but better than expected. Perfect location for Disneyland. Check in and out was easy. The bed was clean. Clean towels. Bathroom was clean. Yes it's slightly dated BUT it's a place to sleep and wash and for that it's perfect. The air conditioning worked very well, was freezing sometimes and had to turn it off. I can't really say anything bad. (Oh apart from the fridge needs replacing as it's so old it froze everything in there)

My room was very clean and comfortable. I had no problem with the staff or facilities at any point in my stay. It’s also relatively close to the park, only about a 15 min walk to the security entrance on down town Disney.

There was no breakfast like it says online but I had see reviews saying this ahead of time so planning around that was no problem. And walking back to the hotel room late at night, especially if you plan on staying till the parks close was a little scary with how empty the streets were at night but definitely not bad.

It was easy to book and pay for they were helpful with information of things to do and direction

It was not a big deal but the first 2 nights there were a lot of ants in the bathroom it was more annoying but by 3rd day they were gone

I liked how close it was to Disneyland. It was spacious and quiet. I also liked that it had a fridge and microwave.

It wasn’t clean. There were 3 dead roaches in the room and that was very disgusting. Also, the door didn’t lock properly so only the top hook worked to keep intruders out and with a child with me that felt unsafe.

Breakfast was good. They had options of cereal or oatmeal. Muffins, coffee, juice and milk.

I would have liked to have had toast and or bagels. Maybe a couple of more options for cereal.

Staff was friendly. The walk to Disney was not bad. We walked to the Mickey's and friends parking and rode the tram. It's not a 5 star motel but it work for us. Great price for the fact that we were hardly there. We were on the 3rd floor and could see the fireworks from Disney.
