The room was spacious, clean, and the location of the facility is a short walk from the park.

I do not like that I have to pay to park my vehicle. I am paying to stay there and parking my car should not be an additional charge. Also the tub drained very slowly until I removed the drain plug.

Right across the street from Disneyland with several restaurant choices within a few doors.

The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the main gates.

All six of us were on separate sides of the hotel and we all smelled sewage while we were running the water in the bathroom.

Roach in the bathroom!! Cracked and broken bathroom floor tiles. Trip hazard. The tiles shifted when you walked on them.

Great location, very close to Disneyland. Our room was in the back of the hotel which added a some extra minutes walking. Beds were very comfortable, firm but soft and the pillows were good too. Shower was nice and hot, pressure could be a bit better but not a big deal. Room service takes the garbage and changes the towels daily, not a full room service (bed, cleaning) but enough for the 5 nights we stayed. Employees were friendly, our room was not ready before check in time (4pm) which is okay but we find that more often than not hotels will have early check in. Parking was $20 and no assigned spots, we only had the car one day. They offer to hold your luggage before check in time or after check out time, so that was nice. Would stay there again, you get what you'd expect for a 3 star motel. You are paying for the premier location.

Our room was very far back in the lot, paid parking, coffee maker was not working very well and leaked everywhere.

Location was great, pool area nice, bed very very comfy and loved the 2 sinks. Our only complaint would be the following.... we stated we did not require our bed sheets changed during our stay, but we were surprised that the rooms were not cleaned during our stay. We received new towels, but the dirty ones were not removed (and we actually only needed towels every 2nd day), the coffee was replenished, but the dirty coffee cups and garbage was not taken out. I would have thought the beds would be made. I had made my bed, by the other bed was never made. I don't want to sound snobish, but when you are paying a pretty penny for stays, you do expect your room to be cleaned and beds made. The rooms were not vacuumed or swept, which again, you would think would be done.

We had a great stay at the Grand Legacy! We drove over 4 hours to Disneyland. We were able to check in as soon as we arrived which was around 10am. The staff was kind. The best part is the distance to Disneyland. Also, since we arrived really early, I asked if there would be an early check in fee and there was not! Definitely will be staying here again.

My only complaint is that both nights someone was knocking on our door in the middle of the night and almost seemed like they tried to open the door?! Not sure it was next door that someone was knocking but it really seemed like it was ours. We also had a conjoined room so the door always remained locked but still seemed as if someone was trying to open the door.

We have stayed at Grand Legacy at the Park many times over the years. Location is excellent for a 8-10 minute walk to security check station of Disneyland. The types of rooms offered and time of year are helpful for families keeping the trip affordable. The Premier 2 Queen room on the second floor was roomy, beds nice, bathroom very nice. Ample parking but not free. Very safe area, plenty of eating options along Harbor Blvd. Staff is excellent.

Parking space size could be wider, especially for all the SUV's. No breakfast offering. Denny's and IHOP are very close by though.

The property is very clean and well-maintained! For being right on a busy street, you’d never know from your room as you can hardly hear anything. We could hear our neighbors, but that wasn’t a big deal at all. There are also some little eateries out front that were nice to grab a quick snack in the morning on the way to the park. We loved the infused water in the lobby!

It was all great! It just would be nice to be able to keep our car parked in the lot on the day of check-out while we go into Disneyland (you can, but you have to pay for a whole other day), but it wasn’t a huge deal either.
