The location of the hotel couldn’t be better-right across the road from the entrance to Disneyland. I expected it to be pretty basic and was impressed by the size of the room, the cleanliness everywhere, the friendliness of the staff and things like the room being cleaned daily and towels replaced, having a tea/coffee making machine in the room, also an iron, ironing board, microwave and quite large fridge.

The window looked onto an internal courtyard with other rooms opposite so we kept the shutters closed the whole time meaning we had to have the lights on. But we weren’t in the room much in the daytime anyway so it didn’t really matter.

Could not beat the location! After a long day at Disney, this is closer than working to the parking lots. The room was clean and comfortable, but as expected, no frills. Breakfast was fine: hard boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal, toaster, etc.; nothing fancy. There is an ice machine in the center of the third floors, and there are at least 2 sets of elevators. There is an indoor pool and jacuzzi, but we didn't use it. Parking is provided at a cost less than parking at the parks, though you do need to move your car on the day of check out (unless there is room in the lot, and then the price is much higher).

This is really minor, but instead of drapes, our room had plantation shutters, so the light definitely came in the room in the morning. That being said, I am sure most guests are up and out of the room to head to the parks before the sun becomes an issue.

Very short walk to Disneyland. Distance from Disneyland and environment near the hotel where you don't have to worry about returning with children after the park closes. No need to worry about food after the park closes. There is a Denny's next door and a McDonald's nearby. Target, which is open until 11:00 p.m., and Ralphs, which is open until 1:00 a.m., are also within a 15-minute drive.

Limited space for self-parking. Although valet parking was available at no extra charge, it was inconvenient that we could not pick up our luggage at will.

The distance to Disneyland is the main reason for our stay at this particular hotel. It is incredibly convenient to be directly across the street. The fact that there is an option to grab some food and coffee on the way to the park is also very helpful. Self-parking is pretty limited, but it is free and easy to park through the valet service if needed. Everyone we interacted with on the valet team was really great as well.

There are always carts blocking the pathways on the upper levels. It makes it extremely difficult to get around with a stroller and I can only imagine trying to do so with a wheelchair. It is not only inconvenient but just does not seem to be safe, and I don't know how it could be ADA compliant. The breakfast also has very little variety and has the same options every day. The extended parking fee on the day of check out is also a little atrocious.

i love the location from Disneyland to the hotel . I also love the fact that you have so many options to get a quick meal or sit and enjoy your meal in either Dennys or Tony Romas along with other sit down restaurants within walking distance. Also the staff is very friendly and helpful. The grounds and rooms are kept clean and stocked. The breakfast offerings are great to get something in your stomach until you get to where you are going. They have a roof access to enjoy the fireworks. i had a great time we came to celebrate my sons birthday and this hotel never disappoints we will be returning once again been coming since way before covid and we will continue thank you Lorraine Navarro

i enjoyed everything

The size of our room with a 2nd TV and sofa area was awesome. The proximity to Disneyland was excellent. My daughter enjoyed the indoor heated pool. Complimentary breakfast was convenient. Compared to similar Inns on that same street (and we have stayed at nearly all of them), we feel the value and proximity to the parks are unmatched.

We didn't dislike anything but feel that the breakfast options could be improved or at least rotated. The sound between adjoining rooms was surprisingly loud at times. You can hear everything clearly across the door. I am wondering if that can be remedied.

employees were friendly and efficient. room was very clean. we wiped everything down ourselves when we first got there (yes we are those people) and there was no dirt on our wipes. continental breakfast was good. they also put fold-up tables outside which is great when you have noisy, messy small children like we do. I'm not sure if you can stay any closer to the Disneyland / CA Adventure main entrances than here. we were able to bring the kids back for an afternoon nap away from the heat, then return to the parks for continued fun. both IHOP and Denny's next door. location is most convenient.

no trash bags in trash cans. only 1 ice machine. not enough self-parking.

Just about everything. The room was clean, the beds were really comfortable, and the location was perfection. The staff was super professional and nice. They accommodated any request we had and gave us no problems. The location was probably the best part, we were heading to Disney for 2 days and the fact that we just had to walk across the street to get there was phenomenal and even better was at night when our feet were killing us. No shuttle, no waiting for the tram, no walking to the parking structure (which is a longer walk than the hotel was. I will definitely be staying here again.

The quality of the breakfast and the lack of bathroom amenities. Breakfast was lacking in quality. I remember looking at past photos and seeing hot breakfast in them, only to be welcomed by cold cereal and toast/pastries. The free breakfast is what sold me on booking the hotel. However this is not a deal breaker on me booking again. For bathroom amenities, it would have been nice to have separate shampoo and conditioner, but again not a deal-breaker for rebooking.

Location, staff, breakfast items. Lots of fresh apples and oranges, peeled hardboiled eggs, cheese cubes, yogurt cup, breakfast pastries.

Lack of access to hot water for tea/ cup noodles, after breakfast hours ending 9:30am. Access to basic items like paper plates to microwave food. Could use pastries, oatmeals with less sugar content and add bananas. Would trade coffee maker for a electric kettle or ceramic cup to heat water in the microwave. Walls were rather thin (could hear neighbours tv overnight), lack of door hangers for bath towels.

The proximity to Disneyland was so close! Just a walk across the street to the main gate and downtown Disney. Lots to do around the hotel such as, Calacas Mamas a delicious Mexican restaurant and a Dennys next door for breakfast.

I wish the rooms were updated and more modern. They’re fine though, clean and comfortable. Just wish they were remodeled. It did Look like the hotel was being painted while we stayed so maybe that’s in the works.
