We had a one bedroom suite which had lots of room. There was a hob, large microwave, coffee maker with coffee and a full sized fridge, as well as a table and four chairs. The pull out sofa bed was comfy as a bed or a sofa. Breakfast was decent with hot and cold choices including yoghurt, fruit, hard boiled eggs, meat, cheese and salsa. There is a decent gym, laundry room with four free washers and four free dryers ( you only pay for detergent) and an outside pool with a bbq area.

Some of the arm chairs in our room were very grubby, although the room was extremely clean. When we arrived there was no bedding/pillows for the sofabed or towels for the third person. The blanket we were given was too thin and had holes in. Only one of the elevators was working so we always seemed to be waiting for it!

The bfst buffet was varied and well stocked. It included a waffle maker, scrambled as well as hard boiled eggs, bacon and sausage. Oatmeal and yogurt with a topping bar. I had called earlier in the week to try to get rooms adjacent or at least close and the front desk person was very helpful as was another lady on the day of arrival.

The soap/shampoo only on the wall in the shower as I wanted to take a bath and had to get up and down to get soap. Plus, it was too high for my 6 year old at the sink or shower. I would have liked the sofa beds already made with the sheets or all at least in the room as I was tired and had to hunt down. We had 2 studios as suites weren’t available.

Stayed there for >40 days for work and overall it was a very good choice. GREAT LOCATION: bus stops + Walmart + restaurants nearby for a long-term traveler. In the hotel there is good breakfast, all day coffee, (perhaps soda as well but the machine didn't work--I was totally happy with sparkling water it offered) occasional food in the late afternoon, kitchenette, 24h fitness room, 24h self-laundry room, and helpful staffs are all there. They also take care of delivered packages without additional charges.

Nothing really. A good majority of my stay was in a room that does not have a dishwasher, which surprised one staff. It wasn't really a problem for me though. Also the number of spoons, forks, mugs can be low. I needed a skillet which wasn't there when I checked in, and the front desk quickly fixed this problem.

great breakfast. Pleasant and helpful staffs. nice location. being close to bus routes and Close to shopping area and some restaurants is also great. A simple yet functional fitness room. Laundry room would need a bit of attention but overall experience was good too.

the good price offered at booking.com was a handicapped room, and the one I got has no counter top in the bath room and toilet came without a lit, both caused some inconvenience.

Breakfast was tasty, soda fountain is nice, location off main road, pet friendly, comfortable bed

Only one elevator running, bedroom door wouldn't close or lock, still being asked to wear masks, even when the ones the majority have been wearing have been proven to not stop virus spread. I did not get any trouble for not wearing one, which was nice.

The only things were no forks or spoons, only knives. And the toilet in one of the bathrooms stopped working and wouldn’t flush but we were checking out that day.

More silverware and letting guests know about the social hour including food! Wish we knew but we had already ordered food instead.

I like the pool area and the grill area where you can sit and mingle until your food gets done. The staff were very friendly and helpful to my needs when I needed something. Breakfast was also good.

I just didn't like we didn't have a oven in the kitchen.

The only improvement I would suggest is in the bathroom - an area to place my cosmetics, etc is very needed. I was in a handicapped/disability room, so it's possible that it is set up differently. But the sink is TINY and no area to place anything.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The continental hot breakfast with a variety of fresh fruits were surprisingly good!

The property is a little outdated, however, everything function and work as intended.

Located centrally to shopping and restaurants, it is also within a 10 minute drive of the Duke Medical Pavilion. I live 300 miles away, and when I'm in Durham for treatment, I stay at Staybridge. The staff is friendly and caring. The rooms and public spaces are clean. I'll be back in 6 months for follow up … guess where I'll stay …

The outside door doesn’t always unlock with the room key. I'm occasionally too tired to walk around.
