After struggling to find the place, the receptionist was outstanding, courteous and sympathetic. I'd come again just because of her attitude.

Signage from the Airport was poor. Was not immediately obvious where the tunnel was. At the fork at the end near the hotel the sign was not illuminated so I carried on and spent time trying to get into a closed building where I could see the Sign Radisson H+CC Reception lit up) so that was misleading and irritating. Needs several thought out signs from the airport entrances: Radisson Red this way ◄ : Rad Blu this way ► : Should be easy enough but no one's thought of it. Why not?

The room was great. Very clean and very comfortable The location is great if you are just doing a short overnight stopover. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the cocktail was excellent. The breakfast selection was marvellous. The staff at reception were knowledgeable and polite. There is fresh fruit and chilled water at reception if you have to wait.

The service in the restaurant was slow and this became frustrating. I like to pay with cash. The hotel does not give change. Fortunately I had the right money.

(See below for first experience.) My second night I was greeted by a clerk who was exceptionally helpful. I was informed that there was an option to have a sack breakfast. My new flight left an hour later which made all the difference to enjoy a good relaxing breakfast. I also enjoyed having a wake-up call both mornings.

First check-in clerk was brief in explanations when I did not understand various aspects and did not offer a sack breakfast when I stated that I had an early flight. Maybe he was new. I ended up checking in my luggage, returned to hotel for a very brief, 10 minute good breakfast and rushed on to my flight. Going through security was eceptionally long and I missed my flight, causing me to stay another night.

This property is absolutely gorgeous, it is so modern and clean and the facilities are incredible. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the terminal building and was perfect for our early morning flight as check in and checkout was self done. Beds were extremely comfortable and the room was so nice. We booked a superior twin and we have plenty of space, the coffee was nice and the bathroom was a good size and very clean too.

My one issue with the property was finding it when we arrived at the train station. There are two Radisson hotels and conference centres and they are both sign posted the same inside the terminal, we ended up going to the wrong one to start with but were met by lovely staff who directed us to the correct one. When arriving you should follow signs to Raddison RED and not BLU. Besides this everything was perfect.

Beds were super comfortable. Everything was really clean. The room configuration was really thoughtfully laid out and decor was all really luxurious for an airport hotel. Self-check out experience was quick and easy. Great value for money.

Aircon didn't work super well. The walk from the airport to the front door was about 12-15 mins, so with luggage it was quite challenging. A shuttle to and from the property would be welcomed. The check in staff was pleasant but clearly didn't speak a lot of English which was a bit weird, so he barely talked to us. He also didn't explain our stay, any of the inclusions or the layout of the property.

Very close by the airport, within the waling distance. This is a good advantage for travelers with a overnight stay at Oslo airport area. The room is large enough, with clean beds and bath rooms. They even have a magnifier at the sink. The staff are very welcoming and the check-in/out was straightforward.

The sidewalk to the hotel is not so clear, especially because they have two Radisson hotels next to the Oslo airport, which are located separately at the completely opposite side of the airport. The airport directories show their names as "red" and "blue", which is not so obvious in the booking information. I in the end have to directly look up the map to find my hotel.

Convenience from the Oslo Airport. Breakfast buffet was exceptional. Evening meal in the restaurant was fantastic and staff provided a requested cocktail that wasn't currently on their menu.

The first check-in we were assigned a room that hadn't been vacated or properly cleaned. We called desk and ended up back down at registration with all our bags and we returned a wallet that was left in that room. We were assigned a different room, clean however the one of the bedding linens had a stain on it. We hauled that back down to the desk and they replaced linens on both beds.

We booked the hotel because we had a 14 hours layover. It is conveniently located: 10 min walk to the airport. The room has everything we needed for one night stay. It’s great that they have shampoo, conditioner and shower gel separately and not as a body and hair solution. The room also has a blackout curtains and it was very quiet. We were also happy to find out that the restaurant provided the room service!

The room service had a limited menu the night we stayed. Instead of 5 positions offered on the menu, the online app for ordering had only two options

I like it very much. Staff are friendly. Food is excellent. Room is very clean and spacious.

I booked the property from booking.com. For travelers with busy schedules, it would be very helpful to provide directions from the airport in the first confirmation email. I had to ask for the direction after receiving the confirmation but didn’t receive the response in time before arrived the airport. In a hurry, I noticed a big sign of Radisson hotel and therefore pulled my luggage towards it. Only was told I went to the wrong one when the reception couldn’t find my reservation with them.

In walking distance to the airport. However Radisson Blu is even closer, especially when your Check-in counter is on that side of the Terminal. Water with fruits (ornage and lemon) in it available at the reception; very reffreshing. Breakfast available already from 05:00 onwards, which we didn't make any use of, because we already left at 4 am. But knowing we had such an early departure, we booked the room without breakfast.

Very little storage space in the room for clothes. At least 8 hangers for jackets etc. but no drawers or shelves for "unhangable" items. My used cup was not changed by housekeeping after the first night. So I placed the tip for the maid in the cup, put it back in its original place. So if they did their job properly after I checked out, they got their tip. If not the next guest may be wondering where the money came from, if he wanted to make coffe for himself.
