Nice hotel (second visit since 2017). Beds are fine, enough parking space in garage which was a go/nog for us. Most hotels in Oslo area don’t offer decent parking space. Great breakfast.

The interior shows a bit of aging is some spots. Unfortunately guests behave like animals as soon as they sleep in a hotel and leave stains on chairs and even curtains..I mean how could you? Anyhow..it seems that stains have aged and unremovable by now. Staff could be a bit more involved/engaged at reception desk…it is the first impression on a visit so essential (even in a competitive talent market)

The room and lobby was spacious and with the great design. There were the electric switch and socket near my bed. The hotel offered a various amount of additional amenities such as kettle, coffe, tea, hot chocolate, iron, dryer. Location was also good (8 minutes from metro station and bus stop. The city centre was 15-20 minutes far from hotel). To be honest, that was the best quaility to price ratio

It is very hard to find any drawbacks. If I were about to complain, I would say that the lift wasn't functioning properly sometimes, and there was a leakage in a shower cabin. At the second day of our visit room key stopped working and we had to encode it again.

You know exactly what you are getting with a Radisson Blu and this was no exception. Madhi (spelling?) on reception as we arrived was fabulous and so helpful. The room was perfectly clean and although the kettle didn’t work (it was changed immediately), everything else was fabulous with a nice selection of toiletries and large fluffy towels. We ate dinner in the hotel and had the salmon, which was the best I’ve ever tasted. Breakfast in the morning was excellent with a large selection of warm and cold items plus items for guests with food intolerances and healthy preferences. Olaf, the Manager, introduced himself the evening we arrived and bonded over his love of motorcycles (we are travelling on a big motorbike) and spent time chatting again over breakfast. Although a corporate hotel, we had a very comfortable stay and would book again if we return to Oslo.

The parking wasn’t free but Oslo has some very harsh parking restrictions. However, the garage was secure.

Breakfast was good. Room was spacious. Fitness center is a bonus. Location is convenient as one can easily access public transport. If renting a car, from the airport, the connection is pretty straightforward.

Room service can be better. First day when the service was done, I could not really make out the difference and the trash was still there. the second day I explicitly placed the trash in front to be picked up and it was then done.

The room was very spacious and clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast had a good choice of items as we both have specific dietary needs. The hotel is 20 minutes away from the city centre by metro. The airport bus stops right outside if you are travelling directly from or to the airport. There are some basic shops withing walking distance and a big shopping centre for those driving.

We had to leave early in the morning on our last day so chose to have breakfast for just our first two days. As we could not book it online we did it at the reception upon arrival. However, the system could still not be updated and on our first day we had to go back and forth between the breakfast room and the reception to get it sorted. The access to the hotel is rather peculiar if you are using the metro as you have to walk all the way around the building to get to the entrance. Avoid the bus to the city, the route runs along a busy motorway and the bus stop is hard to find.

At first, I had a parking level room and then Mar/Karima/Braa from CS helped in getting a much better room. These three ladies were awesome in addition to Danilla from the kitchen staff. Breakfast was as good as a Scandinavian breakfast, I stayed over 15 days so they offered me an omelet. It would be better to add more protein options such as chicken and not only fish or pork. During my stay I noticed more international guests, therefore I suggest having some international menu for breakfast. The Location is close to Macdonald and Ikea.

Morning breakfast is very important and having a guy with a rude attitude within this wonderful team will ruin everything. One team member "P" had very low skills, He misbehaved in how to take the empty plates or how to respect customer privacy or even help when needed! Night shift staff not very responsive to customer need, for example I had to iron my clothes for the next morning event and I called three times from 8:00 pm to 12:20 am and every time they promise it's on the way to u soon then at 12:20 I went to reception and waited half an hour to get it, but when I went upstairs to my room I realized its not working!

The Staff were exceptionally Brilliant and very helpful and accommodating, a special thank you to; Hildur, Victoria & Aziz from the reception & Dannielle from the Breakfast Lounge.

Maintenance is required very importantly as we had 7 rooms in total and had to change rooms around due basic things being at fault, one of them which was a blocked toilet, which was the worst, and a broken Sofa.

We had a nice stay at the Raddison Blu Alna. The front desk staff were incredibly patient and helpful taking the time to fully answer our questions about the property as well Oslo in general. We were particularly pleased with the assistance Fabian provided. The breakfast was a wonderful buffet of hot and cold items and Mama made sure everything was clean and welcoming. Thanks to everyone for making us feel welcome and valued. We also really liked how we could easily access the Metro for our downtown trips. Very convenient if you don’t mind a less than ten minute walk to the local station.

We had a couple of minor cleanliness issues which were quickly addressed when we brought them to the front desk’s attention.

Nice modern big hotel. Possibility of parking in the garage or behind the hotel (open parking) by Easypark. Breakfast was absolutely amazing. Hotel is easy reachable by car (next to the hotel is gas station and also McDonalds). To get to the city centre we used the metro (station Trosterud), which is cca five minutes away from the hotel and it took around fifteen minutes to come to the centre of Oslo. The staff was really friendly and helpful.

The crew at the reception was courteous, professional and friendly, despite a high workload with many guests checking early evening. The parking garage is integrated into the building at level and the check in process is easy. It is a separate company with a self pay system (via internet payment portal) using number plate scanning. No problems here Rooms are spacious and the Radisson Blu Oslo Alna conforms to Radisson standards. Everything is tidy and clean. The location directly at the E6 into Oslo makes it easy to find and to access downtown Oslo which is about 14 km down the road from its location north east of Oslo. For those arriving late and looking for a snack or something to eat: There is a Mac Donald's right across the street and a gas station where you can grab a Grillpölse or other snacks. Next time we will certainly stay at the Radisson Blu Alna again as it is an excellent choice at a suprisingly good price point.
