The hotel is really nice and located in a calm area. We could sleep with the windows opened and were not bothered by any noise. They were kind enough to accommodate an early check in for us. The apartment looked great, it was clean and fully equipped. We also tried the restaurant for breakfasts and had one dinner there, the food was really good and the staff kind.

The only negative point would be the sauna : we tried it once and it was not warm at all, we could touch the stones with our bare hands. We thought we needed to reserve it first as it was mentioned on a paper there but at the reception they confirmed we did not. I got my clothes locked in the locker there so my husband had to go to the reception who eventually supported after some misunderstandings (they thought the issue was with the safe in the room). He mentioned the heating issue of the sauna and they told us to inform the maintenance guy ourselves, which I believe is not the best way to handle the situation specially with the language barrier.

Great location. Very “New” feel to the hotel with friendly staff.

I booked this hotel and am a member of Radisson Rewards l, however they don’t give points if booked through booking.com. This needs to be resolved/ or communicated clearly as this is not the case with other reward programs.

The stuff was on a super vibe and welcomed us at the midnight with a warm hospitality. The breakfast are is comfy, food - great selection. The biliard was total hit for our son. It was 2nd day they were working! It was great experience to live in the brand new hotel

The room and breakfast are great. I stayed for about a week and all the staff that I met were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is also within walking distance from the main train station, which makes it easy to get there from the airport.

Just be aware that the annex building isn’t connected to the main hotel building (where the reception and breakfast are), which means it can be a little inconvenient if you need to go there during bad weather. Also, the note in the room mentioned that laundry will be returned to the room after they are ready but in reality, I had to pick them up from the reception. I honestly didn’t mind but it would be nice to have the note updated. :)

It took some time to get to the old town…

Very clean and modern, nice big rooms, can stream from your phone on to the tv for Netflix etc. we were really tired of a evening so it was nice to be able to relax and watch something to fall asleep to! Location is really easy to get to from the airport, however we felt from other reviews it was a lot closer to the old town, which it’s not! It’s around a 10/15 min walk from the train station - straight down the road through a sub way. Really easy.. to get to the centre we just walked back to the station and then followed Google maps to the old town. Which was another 10/15 mins. So not too bad all in all. I liked that the hotel was out of the way a little as I wasn’t prepared for how busy Krakow really was!!

No room service option

We were in a maintained apartment with a good number of mod cons such as a microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. The place was spotless and the restaurant in the main building was excellent and with very reasonable prices.A cool,playful room layout which is bound to bring a smile to your face.

Being slightly out of the town centre, there is a bit of a walk (20 mins) to the central train/bus station and not that many other shops or restaurants within a 500 metre radius. The TV was pretty limited when it comes to channels in English but the WIFI more than compensate for that so mobiles and tablets work well

Absolutely amazing experience! The hotel is brand new, and everything was spotless and modern. With super clean and very well equipped/comfortable rooms. In the lobby you can find arcade machines plus pool table to play - and on the ground floor the gym! The location is perfect – close to everything we wanted to see and do, around 15 min walking to the Old Town, on the way you can pass by the famous Gallery. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, with a special mention to Jacob at the reception. He was incredibly kind, making sure our stay was flawless with helpful tips and even some thoughtful gifts! The breakfast was also fantastic, with a great variety and quality. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect stay. We'll definitely be back! :)

Honestly, we enjoy every single thing! Nothing to say. Everything went super well and the staff were super helpful also kind with us printing all the tips, places to visit and gifting us. We just wanted more days there, definitely!
