Excellent location to every attraction. Excellent transportation links for example trams, buses and taxi station. Lovely and warm hotel and our room. Very comfortable, basic room. Beds were very comfortable to sleep in. 2 members of staff were very friendly, Natalia and Aga. Just across the road from indoor shopping centre with a great food court. You can ask for a bath or shower in your room when booking. Excellent communication and quick response when booking through booking.com Will definitely be staying there again next year.

It seems that British Visa cards and debit cards were a problem for British guests to pay their room bills. As the 2 card machines they had in the aparthotel did not accept anything. We tried 5 different cards between 4 different people in our group but nothing went through. Everyone had to pay in cash which could have been a problem if you didn’t have PLN with you. We all used our cards afterwards in the shopping centre and everywhere else around krakow with no problem at all. They need to do something about that.

Perfect for a stay central to the old town. Everything within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable, nice little touches with the sachet of shampoo/shower gel.

Was difficult to find the parking (half the gate locked and need a staff member to open) this was rectified by a phone call, but would have been preferable to know beforehand:

All in all, a nice place for a short stay for someone willing to explore central Krakow. Ideal location, 3 minutes walk from the old city gate. The hotel clean, very friendly staff. Everything functions properly, clean bathroom.

The only small gripes would be the rooms are rather tiny, breakfast was not included and pricing for parking was rather steep.

When we came there, I was amazed how clean the apartment is and how nice it is. The furniture was great for such a trip, also tea and coffee and ability to cook was a nice bonus.

The bed was kind of small, but that is not a problem. The mattress on the bed however was bad. It was not very comfortable and it was obvious that it has been used for many years. Also, at first sight I was amazed how clean it was there, however, we take off our shoes right after our arrival and our feet were so dirty after some time walking on the floor.

Central location, easy to get every where. Lots of options for dinner, touristic spots, shopping, etc. Everything walking distance.

The room isolation is not good. You can hear people talking on side rooms and their shower. The breakfast is cheap and quality accordingly. I dont recomment taking their breakfast. It is served on the attached cafe they have, it is a small place and if you showered before, you will be smelling like fried bacon for long hours as the place is small and with no ventilation. The coffe and croissant is not good, go explore the city and find a better cafe around.

Hotel nicely located very near the main train station (5 minutes walking). There is also a big shopping mall on the side street, with access to restaurants and markets. The room is small, but the bed was comfortable and everything was clean. There was no air-con inside, but they did provide a fan, in case it got too hot in there. Staff was very nice and polite.

The bathroom was really small, specially the shower - it required some strategic moves to take a shower in there! Also, the walls in the room were really thin - you could clearly hear the people in the corridors and next rooms. Regardless, I would still recommend the place. I had a really short, but nice stay.

The apartment was excellent. A few tweaks and it would have been exceptional. Could have done with extra harder pillows, a microwave and storage space in the shower room. But everything was great. The Tv had all the channels, Netflix, Disney etc. location was first class. Off licence, supermarket and coffee/bakery across the road. The shopping centre was a 2 minute walk. The old town north wall was a few minutes away.

The breakfast that was included was very bland. No taste and very greasy. Even the bread roll was dripping in grease. There are better options across the road. So if you’re thinking of getting breakfast included. Don’t!

The location is excellent - 10 minutes on foot from the city center, across the street from the mall and the central train station (18 minutes with train to the airport). The room was clean, simple, confortable (it was not a modern, renovated room). The towels were changed every day and the room was cleaned.

The towels were clean, changed every day, but some of them were torn. Except for one very nice and helpfull lady from the reception, the rest did not responded to the greeting (good morning, hello is not for them)

Location was excellent, short walking distance to old town or main train station. Shopping mall in main train station was just 3 minutes walk. All you need was near you. My small hotel room had refrigerator, hair dryer, electric fan, private shower and big rubbish bin for cleaning services 2 days a time. Window was facing a quiet car park / back yard garden view, quiet but sometimes with beautiful bird songs. Room door with synthetic leather inside and outside surfaces was good looking also elegant stylish. Beautiful wallpaper was selected.

My elbow always collide to shower sliding door when taking shower. Toilet installed with small restroom sink was difficult to use. It should be designed with shower curtains for such confined private bathroom for more usable space during next renovation. Table with rounded corner was not easy to be injured. Steel bed frame provided more underneath space for storing luggage fitting such small room. Higher and deeper table near bed fitting rigid chairs would be more comfortable and beautiful garden view. Installing two double electric sockets near each bed would be convenience for today electronic world. No clothes rack, only hooks near room door was not enough space to hang clothes. Installing 3 sets beautiful hooks on room door was a good choice.

A clean, comfortable, and affordable hotel in a perfect location, a short walk from the central station and from the Old Town, with public transportation nearby. Good WiFi and tasty breakfast (not buffet style, they ask you to pick it the night before). Our room (twin deluxe) faced the backyard so it was quiet. There was a fan in the room which helped in warmer weather (if you're visiting from the US, please keep in mind that AC is unusual in Poland and in most European countries, so don't expect it in a 3-star hotel). Super nice staff, we could leave our luggage for several hours after we checked out. I've recently had some bad experiences with highly rated accommodation on booking.com and was a little concerned about this hotel, but it exceeded my expectations.
