We really liked this hotel. The location is fantastic. It is a few minutes by foot from the central train station and also a few minutes from the old city. The bedroom and bathroom are comfortable, clean and with all the required facilities. Our bedroom faced the main road so it was pretty noisy if the window was open. We kept the window closed the entire time.. It is probably better if you can get a room not facing the street. The breakfast was plentiful, fresh and delicious. Very very good! We had an evening flight and the staff stored our luggage for us.

We arrived earlier than the check-in hours. Our room was available but they charged us for early check-in. This is highly unusual. Usually hotels are gracious enough to give you a room earlier if there is one available (at no additional cost)

- clean room and bathroom, with both walk-in shower and bathtub - huge and confortable bed - extraordinary diverse breakfast - most of the personnel was receptive and helpful - awesome location (the view could have been better) - possibility of luggage storage before check-in/after check-out

- small storage space, quite unaccessible due to its location on a narrow hallway - very limited space on one side of the bed - no slippers in the room, but they were provided on demand - no iron in the room, but there is an ironing room at -1 floor where you will find it - one of the front desk members who was supposed to carry out an easy task forgot about it, when changing her shift.

Room was clean, quiet, modern, comfortable with opening windows and great view. Breakfast was excellent, room service was quick and good quality. Staff friendly and spoke good English. Location was very good, right next to the main train station including a huge shopping mall and quite a few bus tours start from there also. In many cities, areas near train stations are not so good, but this area was great. Good curry house round corner also if you want a change in food .TV news and HBO movies in English also a big advantage over other hotels, plus everything in the room operated by proper switches. Air con/heating also controllable and worked well.

The room was a good size with everything - fridge, safe, desk, hanging space all conveniently placed making great use of the room space. The bath and wet room shower were great. Breakfast was good. The location of the hotel was very convenient being just 5 minutes walk from the station, adjacent to the shopping area and about 7 minutes walk to the centre of the old town. Staff all very helpfull. Flexibility offered with our checkout time and the option to shower in the fitness facility after our checkout time.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay at Vienna House by Wyndham Andel's Cracow. The hotel was in a perfect location from the main train station and a short walk to the old town. Our room was adequate in size with a large modern bathroom. We found the hotel and our room to be very clean and nicely furnished. Our bed was very comfortable and we could control the heating. We enjoyed the food in the restaurant and in particular the delicious breakfast buffet. If you chose to not have your room serviced, you will receive a free gift as an appreciation. We received apples and granola bars which we appreciated and tucked into our pack sack. We booked a tour to Auschwitz-Birkenau and to Wieliczka Salt Mine using Gr 8 Way, a tour company recommended by the hotel prior to arriving and were very impressed with the personalized service. We highly recommend staying at Vienna House and would definitely book here agarin.

The hotel has an amazing location. The Old Town, the Main Train Station, and a large shopping mall with a large supermarket inside are all just a few minutes away. Although the room was not that large, it was nevertheless great. The bed was huge and comfortable. The air conditioning system worked flawlessly. The mini-fridge is a great addition if you want to buy some cheaper drinks and some food from the supermarket and enjoy them at the end of a long day. The TV had HBO on it (with the option to turn off the Polish dub) and many German channels. The bathroom was large and spotless with both a bathtub and a walk-in shower. It also had a nice design, with some colorful led strips that could be turned on and off separately (which is really convenient if you go to the bathroom in the middle of the night and you do not want to be completely woken up by the regular bright lights). The breakfast was absolutely amazing. It had everything one could wish for: from your classic cereal, toast, cold cuts, and scrambled eggs, to pickles and hummus and many other delicious things. It was a complete buffet. They also managed to somehow keep the restaurant clean during breakfast (which I know can be challenging if you have a large number of guests coming at the same time). There was always someone clearing tables or quickly vacuuming the crumbs. Kudos to that. Also, the lobby and the elevator were always clean, despite the large number of guests. On each floor, there were recycling bins, and they were regularly emptied. A very clean hotel overall. And I know that most hotels do this nowadays, but I was really happy that I could leave my backpack with them after check-out. This allowed me to explore the city a little bit more without having to walk around carrying my luggage.

The room was unfortunately not that quiet. I could hear the doors of the neighboring rooms being open and shut, housekeeping preparing their trollies, and people shouting on the street next to the hotel (but fortunately that area seems to be relatively quiet during the night). I tried the restaurant during dinner and I was not impressed. Although the food is good, the portions are small and expensive. The bar was nice though. And a small pet peeve of mine: although the staff does an amazing job, they should smile a little bit more. :)

Good breakfast, very friendly staff, convenient location of the hotel, close to the center, there is a shopping center nearby. The room is new, but it already needs cosmetic repairs or better cleaning (the walls were painted).

The plumbing is faulty, the faucet and shower in our room were leaking. We didn't like the cleaning, we went into the room, and there was a large layer of dust on the kettle with a white coating inside, on the mirror above the table in the room. Good soundproofing from the noise of the city, but terrible from the side of the front door, when someone speaks in the corridor in the room everything is very well heard.

Wow! This is a fabulous hotel in an excellent location. We caught the train from krakow airport & walked to the hotel. We arrived very late & walked to the Old Town after check in, which was very close, full of life and great atmosphere. Breakfast was superb, plenty of options & very nice trying Polish cuisine. Our room was comfortable & the bed was huge. Staff were lovely, very helpful, even provided train time table after I gave them our flight details. Even though this hotel is central, it was very quiet. I highly recommend this hotel.

This is very minor, but be careful off glass doors in bathroom.

The location was great, really near the station and galeria, and only a 5-10 minute walk from the Old Town main square. The room was comfortable and clean, well maintained and stylish. The air con was a godsend and the bed was really comfortable. The room wasn't cleaned too early so you had time to get up and have breakfast and go out for the day without being in the way. Staff were really helpful and the hotel was peaceful, despite clearly being well-attended. The Bar Smok was also a great feature. I don't know if that was part of the hotel or a separate business operating on site but the bar staff were friendly and helpful, the bar was comfortable and the Euros were played on a large screen in one area so you had the option to watch the games or sit somewhere else, catering to everyone.

Nothing really! There could potentially have been a slightly larger selection at breakfast but there was plenty.

We have been already the second time at this hotel, and we like the location and the facilities at this accommodation a lot. The staff is also super nice and flexible, when it comes to additional requestes for the room or about the reservation itself.

What we don't like about their rooms is the size, as they are really small and not that comfy, especially if you have more than one suitcase. Also there are no fridges inside their rooms, which is also disadvantageous when you have drinks. And last I really have to say that the garage is really too expensive in my opinion. The charge is per day, and even we don't have such high prices in Vienna, although it is also very difficult to park here in city center. So when it comes to parking I would recommend you to look for another garage nearby.
