It was a very convenient location given my road travel toward NY. The hotel answered all my questions prior to my visit, check-in was straightforward, and the facilities were more than adequate relative to the cost. The nice big supermarket right across the way is a bonus as well.

I travelled on a motorcycle, and had to leave the bike parked in the lot in front of the hotel. I was unsure about the safety of this, as the area the hotel is in does not seem very well lit and I'm not familiar with the neighbourhood. However, the hotel does appear to have someone regularly posted outside, which was reassuring.

Good location, comfortable, clean.

The cleaners just came into our room when we weren’t there. When we still had another night left. That was a little weird. We went to breakfast and then came back around 10:30 to our door open, and the cleaners leaving. Thought they would ask first or if no one is there, come back. Very strange

The accommodation was fine,clean, comfortable

The gentleman at the front desk had the personality of aclam. No greeting at all. Very unapproachable, when I asked if a handicap room was available he quickly said No.there were only 2 handicap parking spots used. I know there are more than 2 rooms.

The staff was so friendly and helpful . The room was very clean and beds were comfortable. I will definitely stay again.

Breakfast .It Would be nice if they offer more choices of hot breakfast instead of just waffles. and a little bigger cups for coffee the ones they had we're like two shot glasses..

the bed was so comfortable and the room was very cozy. the lighting around the mirror was awesome and i love that the bedside table lamps had outlets.

some parts of the room were questionable like the towel draped over the bathtub but other than that it was really nice.

Room was clean. Bed and pillows comfortable. Single double bed for me was good. Price was reasonable for a Friday and Saturday night. Breakfast was free. Overall a pleasant stay.

Hallway was a little warm. Room was warm but turned AC down no issue. Didn't like people hanging out in front of hotel grilling and drinking. Gave me a bad 1st impression. Hotel employee said they were guests. Still doesn't look good! I'm coming from out of town and never seen that before.

The staff went out of their way to accommodate me. I had car problems and they allow me to stay an extra hour And offered me To stay in the lobby if I need it to while my car was being fixed. I had many questions and the staff Was phenomenal. I enjoyed the breakfast and my My stay was excellent

There was nothing I did not like about my stay

The only thing i dont like that the bed was re-made but not cleaned. When i lifted the blanket there was hair & dirt underneath. It clearly wasn't dusted off before being made & that means the blankets are not being washed after every use.

Very clean, easy to get to. Plenty of parking. Breakfast included.

Website says breakfast runs till 10 am. But there is a sign in the breakfast area that says breakfast is only till 9 am. Some people were in line for waffles, but the machines were shut off before the line was done.

I ran into some slowdowns and accidents on my way. When it was apparent that I was going to be past the time I had indicated I expected to arrive. What a delight it was when America answered the phone. It was so nice to hear her welcoming voice as I was stressing from the accidents and she assured me that my later arrival would be of no concern. Breakfast was good and they didn't run out of coffee.
