After travelling many hours with excessive layovers in our flights we were in need of much rest and comfort. When we arrived at the hotel we were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the room. The sheets were crispy with a small hint of bleach showing how clean the linens were on the bed. The bathroom was filled with shampoos and lotions and super clean fresh towels. There was an espresso machine with coffee, water and everything needed. The entire room was exceptionally clean and comfortable with all the little complimentary items showing that extra care for the guest. Wow! Thank you.

We stayed here for the convenience of being close to the airport and the free shuttle. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The noise from the airplanes going right overhead is mitigated by the very insulated walls and windows. The meal in the restaurant was delicious. The bed was comfy and had much firmer pillows than anywhere else we stayed in Germany. Yeah! I hate the super soft pillows that deflate and have to be folded three times before you have any neck support.

The room was so comfortable, and the bathroom and other little details were organized very efficiently. We were so tired after our trip that this hotel was the perfect place to rest.

Two tiny tiny things (don't be dissuaded; the hotel is wonderful). Planes start landing/taking off at 5am, and although the hotel is insulated nicely, we were just unlikely to have a room where the flashing lights kept me awake as I was experiencing a haze of insomnia nevertheless. Secondly, we landed at 11pm and had to take a 15euro taxi for 5 minutes to the hotel.

The free shuttle bus provided made it easier not just to get to the airport, but to then access transport links into Frankfurt. The staff were helpful, the food in the restaurant was fantastic, as was the breakfast choice, and the room was large, clean and comfortable. The airport is located near one of the airport's smaller runways, so there are low-flying planes from early morning, but the soundproofing was great as well.

Tables could have been cleared and reset a bit quicker at breakfast, as it was difficult to find somewhere to sit with cutlery prepared.

Close to the airport with a shuttle with an accurate and convenient schedule. Pleasant atmosphere, clean rooms, expensive breakfast option at 23 euros per person. There is a drinks bar until 10 pm and there is also a restaurant that we did not try.

The hotel rooms are not heated enough even though the temperature outside was below zero, we had to argue with the staff to make them understand that we were cold until they were convinced to bring a heater to the three rooms we booked for a single night

Excellelnt free shuttle service to and from airport operating every half hour. We were able to drop off our rental car the night before and just take the shuttle to the airport in the morning. Very nice breakfast. Close to the airport. English speakers for front desk and most services. This is definitely designed as a before and after arrival stop from the airport and it works well for that. If you are new to driving in Frankfurt you might find all of the roundabouts challenging.

The heat had been turned off because the weather had warmed up and they were having trouble getting it restarted. We thought we would be cold, but it turned out the duvets kept us warm. The location is close to the airport, and once there it would not be convenient to walk anywhere to get food. We stayed with the hotel restaurant because of the convenience.

Slept extremely well, didn't notice the airplanes at all and super comfortable double bed and pitch dark rooms. Free shuttle service to the hotel.

Rather limited options at restaurant menu in general and late breakfast (10:00) minimal left. Staff could also be more friendly and service oriented. Shuttle service should use some ticket system so you don't have to wait outside in the cold for 30 mins; there's no clear queue either and people just try to enter the bus not caring about manners.

The van driver in the morning was very nice as we were down. in the lobby early and he made sure we were the first boarded. The person who checked us in the day before was having trouble with the computer so she tried another going out of her way to get us checked in. The person in the restaurant was also very nice/friendly and the food was great.

The afternoon driver was not helpful as we loaded and unloaded our own luggage. He was more interested in visiting with someone else at the airport.

This is an airport hotel. It's fancy and luxurious, and is priced appropriately. The location is what matters, and it operates a shuttle service from FRA airport to, and back from, the hotel - which I didn't know about! I walked the entire way from the airport there - which is about a 35-minute walk, at which point I saw the van pull up at the entrance to the hotel with arriving passengers. The following day, I took the shuttle to the airport, needless to say.

The price was steep - 90 Eur for a night's stay.

The location and staff were amazing. Easy and understandable pick up and drop off directions. Driver was welcoming and helpful. Desk staff was also friendly and warm. Room was large and quiet, especially for being so close to the airport. No Noise from planes or other rooms, which was nice.

We understand that is was Christmas day, but the food cost in the restaurant was quite high for what you received. @20.99 E for a cheeseburger. It was OK but not worth that kind of money.
