This turned out to be an ideal place to stay before our flight. The hotel was in a quiet area, where you could drop off bags and check in before parking in the nearby garage. Everything was newly constructed, clean and efficient. The room was small but comfortable, with good beds and a surprisingly luxurious shower. The restaurant had good food which was reasonably priced, and just for fun, was served to us by a robot! In the morning, it was an easy 3 minute walk to the parking garage to catch the airport shuttle.

They have all the amenities, modern decor, clean facilities, and I really like that they had food and drink automats for when the restaurant and bar closed. Not just soft drinks and chocolate either. The shuttle service to the airport was also great— quick and simple.

I couldn’t find the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. I looked all over in the freezing cold and gave up after 20 minutes. I ended up taking a taxi.

Clean room, equipped bathroom/shower with soap/shampoo, the free shuttle bus to and from the hotel, the kind and friendly staff. The shuttle bus from Terminal 1: Exit the arrival hall, turn left, walk along the terminal until you see a pedestrian/zebra crossing, turn left again, you will see a Medical Centre building. The bus picks you up from there. Takes about 15mins. Leaves at 15 past and 45 past the hour. Drops off at a parking garage about 150m away from the hotel but with paved sidewalk and street lights. The shuttle from the hotel left from the same drop off point on the hour and at half past. There are 2 different buses going to Terminal 1 and 2. Super convenient!

The restaurant opens from 5pm to 10pm and as we arrived later than that, there was no food option. Uber Eats was suggested but at 11pm, there were only a handful that delivered to the hotel and with minimum spend amounts that made no sense for 2 ppl who wanted a light bite late at night. No fault of the hotel but just remember to buy food from the airport before going to the hotel if you arrive after 10pm.

The breakfast was very good. The room was clean, well equipped & comfortable. The large photographs of planes were great! The shuttle service from the airport was excellent & included in the cost of the room.

The shuttle bus drop-off point outside the parking area is difficult for older people with suitcases, as are the front entrance stairs at the hotel. Perhaps there could be two drop-off points: one at the hotel entrance & one at the parking area entrance? The check-in was incredibly slow. We had to stand in a queue for almost an hour.

The hotel is very close to the airport, few minutes ride with the free shuttle-bus. It is very modern and brand-new and we got a giant suite with two very spacious bedrooms. Restaurant was good, plus with the surprise of the robot-waiter

Just a little note: it would be even better if the shuttle bus not only stops at the parking next, but also in front of the hotel itself. It is a very short distance (100m?), but for some people (elder of, like us, couple with small kids) it could be very helpful

It was close to the airport and QUIET! The rooms were very clean. We also were able to park out front for the 1 night we were there.

Clean and comfortable and they brought me extra pillows as requested. Convenient to airport. Basic accommodation. Staff was friendly and accommodating. I asked about nearby restaurant and staff checked to make sure it was open.

No hair dryer in the room and no hot water maker in the room. Extremely inconvenient that “shuttle” is owned and operated by the nearby parking garage and had to walk about 2-3 blocks with luggage and had to carry luggage up stairs. Not really convenient to walk to restaurants (except one).

All staff were wonderful from the bus driver to the receptionists. Friendly, attentive & welcoming! The room was so comfy! Hotel location is next to a lake & forest, great walk with my fur baby!

The only thing that was inconvenient was the fact that the shuttle is a bit of a walk from T1 ( next to the Medical Center) and once at the hotel, it’s not allowed to park in front of the hotel. Had to walk in the cold 200 meters in the middle of the night alone with 3 suitcases and a dog on the leash to get to the reception. Next day booked a taxi to the airport.

Great hotel, I changed from a different hotel to Platzhirsch Living at the last minute as the airport shuttle service runs 24/7 and I had to catch an early flight. My questions about the transfer were answered promptly and in a detailed manner so I had no issued whatsoever finding the shuttle at the airport. The shuttle was perfectly on time and nicely air conditioned. The hotel as such seemed very new to me, very modern and super clean. The staff member who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. I was a shame that I only had a couple of hours in the hotel before the early flight but would book the hotel no question if I was to find myself in the same situation with an early flight. The shuttle to the airport in the morning was also perfectly on time. Overall, exceeded my expectations, would book again!

The room is spacious and quiet and is quite close to the airport. It was also new and modern and the facilities were good. The staff were also helpful.

Finding the shuttle to the hotel is an ordeal. Instructions were sent, but they were in German and upon translation were not very clear. It would be good if they were in English, detailed, and with photos. The shuttle swings by once every half hour and it does not actually go to the hotel, but rather to the parking lot adjacent to the hotel. This means that if you have luggage, be aware that you have about a 200 meter walk to the hotel. The rooms are good and clean, but really spartan - it is a bit like a youth hostel for business travelers. There is also no fridge, tea kettle, or telephone in the room (in case you need a wake up call).
