The facilities were very nice, everything was open & clean. The breakfast was standard hotel buffet fare but there was a lot of it, the breakfast hours were great & the space for breakfast was plenty large enough for the crowd. Our room was big, quiet & easy to access.

We didn't like that there weren't sheets/pillows in the room for the pull-out bed. I had sent the hotel a message that we were a big family & would definitely be using it. In the room, there was a mattress cover & a blanket but we had to call down twice for sheets/pillows & wait about 40 mins for someone to bring us the items even though we went down to the desk to save them the trouble. It was already about 1030pm when we realized we needed these items so the delay was a bit annoying but overall not the worst thing - we did get the items eventually.

No “quiet time “ posted. We got at knock on our door at 9.59 telling us children were to loud if not quiet we would be asked to leave. Kids were not loud and nothing was said the night before when we were all up till midnight!

Location was very close to restaurants and gas stations. The pool was nice and warm. You could jump into it without being cold. The jacuzzi tub was a nice surprise and very relaxing. Breakfast was good ok. There was a variety of different items to choose from.

Bacon was not included at breakfast. It's only offered on Monday and Thursday. The washing and drying machine could not take cards, only coins. Bubble bath needs to be available at the front desk upon request.

This hotel is beautiful, clean, and spacious rooms.

The group above us had stomping kids all night . Not much we could do , I did call the office and asked if they could ask them to keep it down some, and we waited until 10 pm to ask them to be a bit quieter. It went on until 12:30 am.

The atmosphere was peaceful- friendly and accommodating staff. The location was good. The room was clean - not perfect but clean.

My side of the bed squeaked whenever I would turn over during the night. There wasn’t an exhaust fan in the bathroom so that was an inconvenience. A bit pricey for the quality of the room

The room was inviting and felt comfortable right from the time I walked in the door. It was nice to have the different seating options. The beds were comfortable. I loved having the large full length mirror. For me, sometimes, is the bathroom--the counter space, the width of the counter. I'm short and I use a magnified mirror that I suction-cup on the mirror. I was able to lean over the counter comfortably and put my eye makeup on. That sounds so very minor but it's something that just adds a little more pleasant to my stay 😊

I didn't see something I didn't like.

Hot water was an amazing touch after a long day at work. Allowed me to relax and get into a recoup stage.

The creepy noises like someone was trying to come into my room. Besides that was it for what I didn't like . Else wise is was a great hotel to stay at.

As soon as you walk you in you are greeted by such happy and welcoming staff! You are made to feel like you are family! Our room was so beautiful and so clean! Having everything provided (Dove shampoo, conditioner and body wash; plus Dove hand soap and lotion) was just amazing! The beds were perfect, so comfortable! The pool was warm and clean; we didn't have to worry about towels because they were provided by the pool! Breakfast was hot and perfect, especially the one minute pancake maker!

That no one told me if you booked AND PAID for 2 nights, a week ago, and you didn't show up for your 1st night, AFTER YOU ALREADY WERE CHARGED, you don't have have a room!! I showed up last night, on a Sat, they said since you didn't check in on Friday, we released your room. HOWEVER, I paid and was already charged for 2 nights 2 weeks ago. No one told me this. I should've still had my room available since it was already paid for 2 weeks ago. They gave me another room, however, only one bed for 3 adults and tried to charge me another night!!! May cancel any future trips with booking

The property was clean and everyone I encountered was super friendly. The room was bigger than I expected which was a huge win considering we, as a family of five, were all sleeping in one room.

There was no vent in the bathroom. The carpet underneath the the beds was dusty and there were crumbs/wrappers that had not been cleaned up.
