We really enjoyed our stay. It was in a great central location. We enjoyed the size and really appreciated the cleanliness of our room. The bathroom was nice and spacious for two people and the assortment of toiletries was really nice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The towels for taking a shower were too small. The bed was a little bit uncomfortable for a larger guy. The pillows were really soft. I had to fold two of them together to get comfortable. Everything else was great!

The coffee was good but we didn’t eat breakfast. I did grab a biscuit & it was good! The room layout. The bed facing the window, the pull out trays in the bathroom & night tables. The lounge chair & table.

Our shower door would not stay closed while showering. This caused water to get all over the floor which I had to wipe up. That needs to be addressed for the next guest.

The hotel was lovely and clean.

The only problem we had was the family above us was so loud it was hard to relax! Sounded like they were going to come through the ceiling! My sister and I called the front desk after we had listened to this for about two or three hours, and they said they couldn’t do anything until later in the night. They finally got quiet by 1030 or 11 o’clock.

Staff were welcoming and professional. Awesome breakfast available until 10:00. Bed was very comfortable. Extremely pleased with our stay.

Only a minor inconvenience, but, the barn door to the bathroom was a little awkward at times; had to coordinate someone entering/exiting the bathroom when no one was getting in the closet.

We have stayed at this location before. It’s the perfect stop on our way home from Gulf Shores. The staff is always friendly and helpful, it’s clean, feels safe, the pool is great, great amenities and location. We (mostly our kids) LOVE the cookies and milk in the evening. It’s becoming tradition to come down for cookies and milk and spend quality times reflecting on our awesome vacation.

There is nothing to not like. We love this hotel.

Breakfast was fine, except you used skim milk. Please change to whole milk. Skim does not help with cholesterol and really isn't as good for you as whole milk which also tastes better.

I don't like that Hampton has switched from individual bottles of shampoo, individual soaps, etc. I used to collect them and give to the homeless shelters. I certainly do understand why you did it, but to me it diminishes the experience a little.

Very clean and the space was very nicely split. The bathroom was big. The beds comfortable. One of the best breakfasts i’ve ever had in a hotel.

The only thing that I would’ve added were some veggies for breakfast. Cooked mushrooms and peppers, for example; and some raw radishes, tomatoes and cucumbers.

the guy that checked me in was so so nice. just great personality. even the people who clean the rooms were awesome. it was an all around great experience. first time I’ve stayed in a place where the people who were working were actually having a good time. or at least didn’t make it your problem if they weren’t

Hotel interior looked great, and the rooms were clean and welcoming. The beds were comfy and clean. The hotel is conveniently located next to I-55, and there were plenty of options for dinner in walking distance of the hotel.

The breakfast was okay but lacking a bit in variety.

Good choices for breakfast. Beds very comfortable. Very convenient location. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The Sunday gravy was runny. The waste cans in the rooms are too small. I felt that the shelving for clothes was adequate for one, but very indadequate for two.
