Food was above average. Loved the quiet room - it was a busy period for the hotel and I’m pleased they accommodated my request.

Price was a little high for the location. This particular stay was for the Solar Eclipse, so I understand the pricing for this event; however, my family travels/stays in Cape Girardeau 5-6x per year and has found this property over priced for a single night stay (passing through on long road trip). It might be worthwhile to recognize reservations that are truly stopovers and price accordingly. Families like mine aren’t looking to spend hundreds for 8-10 hours.

Clean, coffee, food, clean!

The price has went up drastically and it makes me sad cause I love this place. With all the other hotels going up in that area I’m not going to be able to stay at drury. 278 a night for this was crazy and I didn’t even realize it until they said it out loud last night. I can stay at others that are brand new for 132 a night. Makes me sad. You have a great place and I have always loved staying there. And, I booked in advance asking for lowest floor due to my anxiety and got the tip top floor 🤦‍♀️.

I believe this hotel is fairly new, so everything in the hotel has not been used much, which is always nice. Clean rooms and facilities, great breakfast buffet, and nice happy hour menu/drinks.

The only "issue" I had was with the water temperature in the shower. About every 10 seconds, the water in the shower would go from normal, to cold, to scalding hot, the entire time. And, in my humble opinion, for 1 night here, it was a little overpriced. Other than that, it was a great stay and I'd stay there again (if the shower water temp issue gets resolved)

I was not expecting the dinner given between 5:30pm to 7:00pm. It was very good, and I was able to sit at a table with my family and enjoy a delicious meal without having to leave the hotel. The breakfast the next morning was delicious too. That special time with my family was worth every dollar spent. Thank you so much. My little dog had a wonderful time also. My dog had fun like a child would. Drury is my new most favorite hotel in the entire USA. All of the staff was very friendly, professional, polite, generous and so much more. That is a quality that seems to be disappearing in most businesses, but Drury has all of those qualities. One other thing I truly loved is the cleanliness of the carpet in the room. Unlike most hotels, I could walk on the carpet without having to wear shoes. I love this hotel.

The only thing I didn’t like is that I took so long to discover this hotel. There was nothing to dislike.

I loved the breakfast and especially the "kick-backs." That concept is above other models in a comparative market. Bravo. Keep the customer happy and keep the good work culture moving along.

I have stayed at many hotels and to not be able to consider what I didn't like, is not a common occurrence. I could think of things to improve, such as trees planted between the interstate and the hotel, to help with sounds. But over all it was a top shelf experience.

The breakfast was amazing, and the kickbacks were spectacular! They had macaroni at the dinner kickback one night, and it was so delicious (as was everything else we ate!) Our rooms were comfortable and very clean. The pool area was very clean and well kept. We lost something in our room, and the staff went above and beyond to try to locate it!

There’s nothing that could have been better. Everything was exceptional.

The stylish design and the spacious atmosphere is very welcoming. The breakfast was excellent and the rooms were nice.

We arrived at this hotel two times on our vacation. Once at the beginning and once at the end. On both occasions it was difficult to check in as the main doors were locked and the only way to call the desk was a phone via the entrance. We were stuck waiting a while both times… the phone rang but no answer and nobody around. A simple solution would be for the phone to ring the front desk persons cell phone instead of the desk.

I like that it is always classy and clean. I love the decor, breakfast and snack time included. The staff does a great job at this location to keep it clean and everyone happy! Love that coffee is available 24/7! Rooms are always to my standard!

I didn’t like that I was told one price and then it was over $100 more later. Its almost becoming too hard to stay here while we have tournaments in the area. Price is my only complaint, I know no one cares about price at the corporate level but I’m throwing it out there anyhow. I skip eating out or tshirts at games so I can pay for clean room and not worried about bed bugs, gross bathrooms etc.

While making a trip down the Mississippi, this hotel is located in the perfect location. The room was great and the breakfast was awesome. I would stay here again.

The Drury hotel has a points system for each nite spent at their hotel. I found out that you MUST book directly through them to receive the points. I wish they told me that when I signed up at the hotel.

Food was varied and well prepared for each meal. Lots of rom for guests to spread out when eating. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Property was well placed, near a major highway(I-55).

Hot water in bathroom sink was scalding hot as soon as you turned on. It could defiantly cause injury unless the temperature is turned lower.
