We had 2 rooms booked and though they were on separate floors, we were happy with our rooms. The set up they have for pet friendly rooms was perfect. There was a sliding door to the outside which made it so convenient to run our pup out for bathroom trips. The rooms were spacious and clean. The pool area was clean and the water was a nice temp. A little perk is the quality products they use in the showers. Dove brand large bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. No having to call down for extras. Would definitely stay again.

The breakfast food quality was disappointing. Other than a cup of coffee, the food did not appear appetizing. There were, however, teams staying so alot of kids and perhaps we just went down at the wrong time and it may not have been refreshed in time.

The location for my stay was perfect. Rooms are nice and big and the price was great. The front desk fellow was courteous and very helpful. Check in was quick and easy. Breakfast goes until 9am so that was nice.

The parking is a little tight. We have a bigger truck so finding a spot to get into and be able to get out of was a challenge.

We stayed for a wedding , and was accommodating when asked for an early check in and also let us stay a little later! Amazing staff friendly and o was impressed with everything

Not to the fault of the hotel, when we got there for check in there was no power for a few hours so trying to get ready (makeup/clothing) in the dark was a little hard, but it came back on in enough time to get it all Under control

Very quiet. Clean! Elevator was close to our room. Great place to eat dinner, T-birds bar and grill, right next door, so an easy walk and no highways to cross. The hotel gave us a coupon for a discount.

Road travelling from highway, to go around Brandon, was direct, but not paved yet, so vehicle got very dirty. I think to be paved soon. Also, tub slow to drain after a shower.

Most of the staff were very friendly and the room was adequate. My wife enjoyed the free breakfast. The pool and hot tub were exceptionally clean along with the room that housed them. My wife and I loved the fact that the hotel has gone green.

Some of the front desk weren't as friendly as they could have been.

Our reservation was not in the system. We had to re-register. Just lucky there was a room for us. We trust that BOOKING .COM will not bill for a no show . As it was their issue and we needed a room! The hotel staff worked it out for us. Thanks to them!

The room was spacious and comfortable and clean.

The toilet was the lowest toilet I have ever seen. It couldn’t have been much higher than about 12 to 14 inches tall and was very difficult to get off it, no grab bar or anything to help you up.

The breakfast was good Would have like to see bacon on one of the days. The sausages was very unappealing to look at so did not try any.

The evening desk agent (female) on Wednesday night was welcoming and great customer service. Breakfast was standard, but they do offer gluten free upon request The kids liked the pool. Beds were comfy and the hotel was quiet

Breakfast and staff were great.

Location, no services or convenience stores nearby as I did not have access to a car during my stay, I don't drive so had a ride there and picked up, but during the evening, no nearby services or restaurants within walking distance.
