Nice location, friendly staff, good restaurant, again, with polite and patient staff, had pretty much all the ameneties that we needed.

The apartment we stayed in could definitely use a touch up: there were dirty walls, traces of water infiltration, broken curtains, broken bathtub handle, empty tissues box, small things that could be easily and cheaply fixed and that would improve the overall image of the accommodation. So, in conclusion, a bit of a lack of attention to details but not really a show stopper.

The Sky Bar truly stands out as a fantastic place to unwind, offering not only a great selection of drinks but also breath-taking views of the mountains and city. The ambiance created by the combination of a well-curated drink menu and the stunning scenery made my time there truly enjoyable. Moreover, the reception desk made a positive first impression with a friendly and warm greeting upon my arrival. A warm welcome always sets the tone for a great stay, and your reception team did an excellent job in ensuring a smooth and pleasant check-in process. Their attentiveness added to the overall positive atmosphere of the Sky Bar.

While my stay was pleasant, I noticed that the room could benefit from a little sprucing up. The light fitting above the bed appeared to have had a short out at some point, and a bit of attention in this area would contribute to a more polished look. Additionally, a fresh coat of paint on the walls might be worth considering, as they seemed a bit tired.

Clean , friendly restaurant staff

The beds were not comfortable I booked a room with a one bed king-size bed, but they gave me 2 single beds pushed near each others ,the mattress and billows are horrible, and I tried to book the spa but it was not functioning I booked with them before 4 or 5 times mainly because the free car parking and new furniture but I think this time will be the last ,they didn't appreciate that even last time there was no water in the bathroom till 10 pm but they refuse to do late check out for me after 2 despite thatvi told them my flight is at 9 0m and they asked me to pay half of the room value if I want to stay up to 6 That was depressing for me. I know that is the rules, but I thought that they would compensate me for the previous bad experience

Booking in was quick and easy. All the reception staff were pleasant, helpful and professional. The room was big, clean and well equipped with everything we needed for the stay. We dined in their restaurant, and it was delicious and reasonably priced. My wife had a massage and beauty treatment in the downstairs wellness centre. She booked in on short notice and was very happy with the treatment she got from the lovely lady in attendance.

Cosy, clean and the staff is so polite and supportive! It was also very close to all my locations. Has also a very good connection to the metro. Kitchen and service in the restaurant on the roof top and the breakfast was very good!

Sofia citicens do love powerful car engines :), the isolation of the hotel is quite good but if you are a light sleeper like me, you might hear from time to time some cars. Actually normal for big cities…

Very nice room, big enough, nice and comfortable bed, TV screen, mini bar, closet, flip flops, extra sofa and working place. In front of the high traffic road but quiet. Breakfast awesome with large variety and fresh fruits as well. Big dining room.

I suggest to have extra towels and also bath mat inferno of the shower. Also they may have an extra glass to protect the bathroom from humidity and splash water out of the shower place. Parking is a bit small but you can manage due to staff

Very good hotel for one night before or after a flight. The 2 bedrooms apartment was in a perfect size for our family of 5. The kitchen is good for one night, we even cooked a basic dinner there. The sky bistro is nice too. There are some food shops nearby, and a small outlet across the street in case you forgot to pack something (I did...). Breakfast is good with variety of eggs, bread, cheese, vegetables and fruits. The location is very close to the airport, 10 minutes by car, and the parking is excellent.

The air conditioning in the room didn't work so well when we arrived in the afternoon, but at night and on the next morning it was fine.

The location is in walking distance from Underground ( Metro ) and the same time close to the Business Park. Clean, tidy and very Polite staff. Night shift’s ( mainly i saw) were very polite gentlemens and the lady from reception ( when checking in ) was incredibly polite and very helpful.

There was a weird situation with the cards. I would recommend to the owners the cards to be better programmed so not to happen miss understanding with the customers about floors and rooms 🤭 Not a big deal but just heads up.

Room is clean though i would suggest some improvement (windows, walls). Comfortable bed and pillows. very clean bed sheet and towels. Towels were a bit old though. I had only one big towel, not towel for hands. Breakfast is nice.

The hotel is at the side of big road so there is noise of it. with closed windows is more or less ok, though with open windows - very noisy. there is not hair conditioner in the room.

The breakfast variety was extensive, and the room was clean and spacious. On the bright side, the staff was exceptionally helpful and kind. Plus, the location was convenient, within walking distance to Sofia Business Park and the metro station.

The room design felt a bit outdated. The two elevators did not stop at all floors according to design. However, despite these minor inconveniences, the overall experience was still positive.
