My best hotel stay in Sofia! The staff was welcoming and accommodating. The environment was pleasant. At the reception, I was told that the building was under renovation, but I haven't heard any sounds or noises from the construction work. My colleague and I were in town for a stressful event, and returning to this room was a relief. I can't wait to come back after October, when it will officially open. ✌️

Clean and comfortable; the rooms are large and sunny;  new, modern furniture; good shower and bathroom facilities; free parking; the roof top view is amazing.  The staff is friendly, answering all requests promptly and patiently. We’ve had a warm welcoming and we even got a room upgrade. I really love the fact that it is pet friendly. There is a park just across the street; restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. We have enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

Very good concept. Each of the 4 stars are deserved. Clean, stylish and spacious rooms, new furniture. Nice and tasty breakfast - they don't try to save on quality of ingredients. Awesome coworking space - one of the best I've ever seen. Free underground parking.

No balcony or terrace in the room - bad for smokers. A small fridge or a minibar would be nice to have in the room. Leaking shower cabin. No shampoo or shower gel - looks substandard compared to other things in the hotel. Self check-in system may be too complicated for not-so-technically-advanced people.

The modern, creative design of the hotel really sets it apart. My room was impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully furnished, offering a perfect combination of comfort and style. Easy to check-in and check-out through the hotel GuestApp. Room key assigned to the personal smartphone, with the check-in via GuestApp. One huge plus was the free underground parking for our car, which made getting around Sofia so much easier. It's a rare perk and very much appreciated! Friendly and professional staff, quick to respond to any requests or questions I had. Very good breakfast – very good quality, with a wide selection of fresh and tasty options to start the day right.

Ideal place for IT guys. Self-checkin and NTF key in smartphone - great feature. Good combination of hotel, breakfast, parking, co-working, gym. Rooms have a plenty of space. We'll designed.

Periodically issues with air conditioning in rooms and gym. But once I notified regarding issue with it, hotel proposed to move to another room. And they very nice and supportive. They don't have one big bed, they place together two twin beds. For singles who wanna have a queen size bed might be not that it is expected when you book room with 1 big bed.

The room was very big and well equipped, you could see everything was new and in top shape. The breakfast was good and had a lot of options. The view from the rooftop is very nice and it's a cool place to have a drink in the evenings. The underground parking was a huge plus! Check-in and check-out is done via an app which I found very efficient and you get very clear instructions on all the steps. We stopped for one night on our way to Romania from Greece and unfortunately we didn't have time to explore the surroundings but it seemed to be a lively area given that is in the student campus. Didn't get a chance to enjoy all the facilities but it is a very well equipped hotel and I would love to return there.

The whole concept is great, also if you go there not for working. Brekfast buffet has a good mix of products (salty, sweet, fruit) and drinks. Large private undergound parking. Huge rooms with nice view of the city and cozy furniture. Nearby there are: public transport, exchange point (closed on sunday), supermakets, cafes and restaurants. Staff is reduced in number but friendly and helpful

Online key trough app didn't work on my phone (huawei is not supported by google services and I couldn't download the app). Yet the reception promptly provided me a phisical key.

Everything at this hotel was top notch. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was really nice, it had just the right amount of variety to suite my needs (and I'm pretty picky with the breakfast options) and the rooms were exceptional - they were very spacious, beds were comfy, bathroom was nice and spacious. Also it has underground parking with a lot of parking spots, the lifts from inside the hotel go down all the way to the parking sub levels.

It's not necessarily a complain, but for people who don't find their way that easily around a phone, the online checkin/checkout can be a bit of a hassle. The fact that you cannot checkin at the counter might discourage some people, but I'm pretty sure that's not their target audience.

Large room, bright and clean,very different from the standard hotel room and you feel like at home. Friendly and supportive staff. The area is also nice, many places to have dinner just downstairs

The rooms are spacious, comfortable and nice. There was a working corner in ours - very useful for me and my colleague. The breakfast was pretty nice. The co-working space is just great.

Like the previous time I went there, one more time I had problems with the electronic key they try they use. I was super tired after a long journey and travel, I had a lot of suitcases and they asked me to go back upstairs with all the luggage instead of sending someone to check why this application doesn't work.
