Staff was good,room clean no hassle,open 24 hours and late check out

I would like a better breakfast venue,I didnt pay for breakfast with our stay this as I knew when I read that it was in the the good breakfast in the sevice station,Because on the 1st day after our first night,we had breakfast there,and it was horrible and so over priced it's unbelievable,I paid 4 99 for 2 sausages in a roll without and butter,and the full breakfast was 8 .99 and was horrible to,I have stayed in a lot of hoilday inn,and hotels and all.the breakfasts are better vaule for money,please built your own restaurant and not send customer to a service station to get breakfast.

Excellent stopover and the best value we could find for a weekend at Silverstone. Very clean and well-laid out for a small family. I thought it might be noisier as there were families and groups with dogs, as well as obviously being by the motorway, but it was incredibly quiet. Good choice of places to eat at the service station and there's nice green space for kids or pets to have a run around in. Very convenient to get to where you need to be with nice villages off the main roads.

Just need to bear in mind that it's a service station, so buying basics and meals is relatively expensive. It may be advised to bring snacks and a picnic if you're on a tight budget.

The accommodation is easy to find and plenty of parking available. At reception you record your car registration number and so don't have to worry about parking costs. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. The guy in reception also helped me find the best route to get to my next destination. My room had everything I needed and breakfast the next day in the Welcome Cafe next door was more than plentiful. Excellent value for money.

The windows are fixed to only open a couple of inches. Not enough to get much air into the room on a warm summer evening. Also, not enough room to allow me to eject the hornet that came into my room, when I managed to catch it in a cup.

Chosen mainly for value for money, facilities on hand at the adjacent services area on the M40 and its proximity to the the National Motor Museum at Gaydon where we were visiting for the day. Several meal choices are available at the services on site and its particularly useful if you intend visiting nearby places like Royal Leamington Spa, Stratford on Avon or Worcester. the nearby Malt Shovel Pub in Gaydon village is a good spot for an evening meal if you fancy something a bit more substantial than that available on the service area although there is a varied choice of more ' fast food ' at the services.

the ' person ' who obviously for some reason couldn't sleep pacing up and down in his room immediately above ours in the middle of the night for a period although I realise this is something completely out of the control of management and we were just unlucky.

The staff were excellent. Facilities were as expected. We chose Northbound as we had driven Germany-Calais-Dover and Warwick was a convenient pre planned point for me to stop, then continue my Northward journey the following day. Beds and bedding were clean and available. I don't recall hearing traffic noises or being loud through the night. A few picnic tables outside to enjoy the pleasant evening and enjoy the location and have a brew.

Lots of parking but to get a decent slot its further to carry your bags. Most of the slots nearest were for E car charging. We bought sandwiches from the services then saw a sign saying we could have had a full breakfast for a tiny amount more. I must have missed that notice going in.

Room was clean, tidy and big. More than enough space for one person for one night. The place was quiet and far exceeded my expectations. I previously stayed at the Marriot and the Holiday Inn just off of Jct 15 on the M40 each for one night and this was FAR better for literally half the price (Marriott - £108, Holiday Inn - £105, Days Inn - £57) Easy for me to get to work and the breakfast provided at the service station was really good too. The WiFi was super fast and easy to get logged in to. The bed was very comfy and there was additional pillows for comfort. Most importantly, as a solo female traveller I felt incredibly safe. I did not get that feeling at either the Marriot or the Holiday Inn.

I had two issues with the hotel but nothing that impeded my stay. 1. there's no table or anything to open up a suitcase. I had to put in the bed and with the rain I was worried about the wheels of the case being on the sheets. I ended up placing it on the floor but some sort of stool or table would be ideal. 2. no plug sockets by the bed. There are two USB ports on either side but no plug socket. I have a CPAP machine so I need that plug socket. Luckily, I always travel with an extension lead so I was absolutely fine.

Decent layout of the hotel. Clean room. Comfortable beds with clean bedding and towels and overall generally clean throughout. Few brands on location for food. Gregg's, BK and I may even have saw a Subway there. Noticed a dog bowl outside the main enterance, so probably pet friendly also.

If your planning on staying overnight, go to a superstore before you get there. It was a nightmare at the 2 shops on site. I had my young son with me. Ended up having to drive to another shop.

Property was very clean and tidy excellent value for money. Most staff are so polite and friendly. Train and Jo went about and beyond to help me, Jo helped me any questions I had & provided me with a lot of help and advice! Train is amazing went out her way on a busy day to make sure my room was clean she does. Perfect job! Goes above and beyond for the guess just like Joe! Couldn’t thank the night staff enough! Would highly recommend booking here! Beds are super comfy! Perfect for family, friends, couples everything really!

Could do with a bell or something on reception so when nobody is around could call for them? Baths are a little on smaller side! But other than that no complaints!

Convenient location for travel to Stoneleigh for event. Reasonably priced, clean, comfortable basic accommodation. That they accept pets and where possible always try to accommodate requests for rooms away from entrance, on ground floor etc. Pleasant, helpful staff.

We love having fresh air in the rooms, but as we usually have our show cats with us, we can't have the windows open as there aren't window restrictors, or if there were, they still allow the window to open too far!

Very quiet and comfortable. Room was large with all the facilities that could be expected. Our dog was made very welcome by all staff who met her. Lovely grassy area outside - complete with picnic tables - ideal for walking the dog. Whilst hotel is part of the services it is sufficiently away from cars and people to not be heard in the hotel. Best services hotel we have stayed in. Staff were great and particularly helpful with a problem that we had.

Nothing, hotel exceeded expectations.
