Great location and great value for what it offers.

People upstairs talking super loud in their rooms and walking during the night. I couldn’t sleep well.

We were in the middle of 2 rooms with BIG dogs on both sides; a lot of coming & going at odd hours with Guests slamming doors & being noisy above us. Laundry room- every single washer was covered in detergent & dog or cat hair; Laundry could use more cleaning of machines. Breakfast is packets of Oatmeal, 2 different types of muffins & Fruit/Grain bars, coffee or tea.

Unfortunately & this isn’t the Property Fault whatsoever but quite a bit of large piles of dog feces not picked up by irresponsible owners! Especially since poop bags are provided at the several Dog Stations! The majority of the small dogs (including my own Mini Dachshund) seem to have owners who are responsible & pick up the waste immediately!

For the motel-type accommodation this is, it is quite a good one. Nothing too fancy, but everything was at least an ok quality. I found the place quiet and peaceful. For the Seattle area, pretty good value.

The room had only the one door and the one window, both of which to the shared veranda. So getting any natural light or airing the room out were both impossible without opening up to passers by.

The kitchenette and comfortable bed were great to have, as were the many fellow guests-- the motel felt busy and central, but also friendly, including to dogs.

The "breakfast included" is to say the least misleading, where breakfast is coffee and coffemate with a few granola bars and packets of instant oatmeal besides paper cups! It doesn't fit with the otherwise quality ambiance. On the other hand, I realize it is an extended stay environment, so perhaps most people use their kitchenettes for breakfast prep.

Space and layout of room. Kitchen was very accommodating. The woman that checked me in was so friendly and helpful. I can't remember her name but she has a Husky!

"breakfast" that's included is coffee and granola bars. Should be made clear they don't actually serve a warm breakfast. There were some pretty questionable stains on the bathtub. You can hear things easily outside and above/next to your room. Wouldn't recommend if you're looking for complete silence

The room was well equipped, clean with a comfy king bed and a kitchenette. The location was in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. We would park our car directly in front of our room. You definitely need a car when staying in Redmond and wanna see Seattle. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The complementary breakfast wasn't breakfast at all. You could grab some muffins and cereal bars.

Low cost in an expensive area. Big dining table with wooden chairs was nice, especially for a family meal. Newer washing machines/dryers were great and kept clean.

A full kitchen in room but no pots/pans; these cost extra. I had no idea before walking in the door. Anyone can come up to your door and window (not enclosed or gated) so when someone walked by the window it made me look. But maybe this is standard for this chain.

Large room- quick check in- great help during day time

Did not help to reset key (2nd night)when computer problem put another name on my reservation. Night front desk person (October 26 around 8 pm) was rude, refused to give her name so I can report to day time manager. Later I found her name was Maxim

The location was good and very clean. Free parking. Staff were polite.

Bfast was ery limited but not bad. muffin, koffee, tea and cereal bars only. 2) Wifii is limited to number of users so wud advise to connect thr important units (mobiles) first as not sure total numbers of units which can be connected.
