The hotel service is quite nice and there is a big parking space attached to the hotel. The hotel is clean (not quite new, but still), you can easily find a supermarket with a couple of restaurants (just some fast food and one Mexican) nearby. Please, mind, that the hotel is quite far from the Madrid city and you need a car to get there

The hotel is a little bit "tired and old", there are a lot of people in the dining room for the breakfast in the rush hours from 8:30 to 9:30 (the first day we had to wait to enter the breakfast). In my mind, a little bit expensive for such an ordinary hotel

everything is great, breakfast is good, warm dishes provided, though choices not very much but it's enough. The room I stayed is on ground floor, it's convenient going to restaurant and walking to outside to smoke. it's very lively and warm to see people gathering around restaurant area to chat and have dinner( brought from outside), hotel only provide breakfast, no dinner provided. the room is clean, water pressure of the shower is strong and comfortable. sometimes in some hotel's pressure is very weak. carpet in corridor is clean too. staff is very helpful and courteous and friendly. Ice maker is available which is good to me. view in the restaurant is very open, though it's just a vast land, not particularly green grass and nice landscape.

the location is not good if not driving car, I have to walk 15 mins to the nearest bus stop or 25 mins to the nearest metro station to go to download points of attractions.

All Holiday Inn Express in Spain are almost the same. With a sofa bed open, the room is just nice for a family of 4 (with 2 small children). Bed was comfortable and toilet was sizable. Shower water pressure was good. Breakfast with varieties of selections. Free car park is what we wanted.

Location of the hotel is away from city center but for those travel by car should be no problem. the nearest train station is Rivas Urbanizaciones where free parking next to the station and it was just a 10 minutes drive from hotel.

This was a perfect location for a stop over half way between Santander and Costa Blanca south and just off the main road. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and the buffet breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Just a 10 minute walk from the hotel was a shopping centre which also had a few restaurants to choose from.

Just a minor dislike were the ants underneath the table at breakfast but to be expected if crumbs are left on the floor.

The rooms were nice and spacious. Had all amenities and good aircon. Really good breakfast. The staff were really nice and let me check in early. Plenty of parking but I didnt need that. If you are travelling by public transport, the bus stop is 15min walk and then bus ride to city is 20mins. Uber takes 20-25mins to city and will cost u around 25EUR.

Nothing too bad but cleanliness at the restaurant can be a bit better. Some of the cups were not washed properly and floors need vaccum and mop in some areas.

Excellent service, excellent room, excellent breakfast. We used this hotel on the way from the Santander ferry on our way to Vera, Almeria, (Spain) and again on the way back to the ferry. Because of the experience at this particular Holiday Inn we booked two nights at your hotel near Bilbao airport for some sightseeing before returning to UK on the ferry.

Friendly, helpful staff. Fast check-in, directions to room. Breakfast was included and was a good choice of food. The room was perfect for a one night stay. Reception helped me with where to get the local bus and metro. This was all easy to find and use.

There is nothing much other the location for me. I should have stayed closer to the airport.

A lovely base from which to visit Madrid via the Metro in Las Suertas which took us directly into Sol - the centre. We drove to Las Suertes (12 mins) and found plenty of free parking in the street

Couldn't find anything

The staff very kindly gave us a better room that fit our needs! The room is clean and the parking is secure. It’s also a pretty quick drive to the airport. Only 20 minutes away!

A couple things. - The air in the unit doesn’t work very well. The fan on the actual unit was pretty loud. There weren’t any options to run air conditioning and the room was pretty hot. - Eggs at breakfast would be nice.

Everything you could expect from a hotel from this chain. Predictability, consistency. Also, it's on a neighbourhood that has anything one could ever need. Right next to the motorway!

The room was a bit smaller than what the pictures depicted. The bar stops selling beer at 11pm.
