The breakfast was outstanding. The staff were helpful. I liked that there was an ironing room that could be used as needed.

There was no kettle or coffee in the rooms. The offering of plates but no cutlery was very odd. The room was quite dark. The gym was quite limited in terms of machines and weights available. Instead there were 8 running machines, of which a maximum of 2 was actually used at any one time. I didn't understand the cleaning routine...sometimes they didn't come, sometimes I didn't have a bath mat. It was OK though. A personal thing is I really dislike water from a can but that is personal taste.

The location is top, the rooms were well cleaned everyday, the breakfast was exceptional and the staff helpful. In the restaurant Mr. Jailson look after us well and made our 2 weeks stay a pleasure. The staff provided us the requested room without any problem. The sourdough pizza made daily at the hotel was a delight.

There wasn’t an electric kettle in the room for a cup of tea, but in fact very few hotels in Brazil have this facility in the room.

Great location and very nice staff, good breakfast. We were 2 friends traveling together and the second day we asked for a room change and an extra room to be more confortable in the new suites. They were really helpful All rooms had little kitchens, however they are amazingly short on dishware and glasses

They charge you the full amount upon arrival. The price is a bit high ( a 3 star + or a 4 star minus) Some rooms are renewed but not the one we got ( 2 beds). There is a construction going on next door, so be sure to ask for room facing the other side. Rooms are dark during the day and very impersonal.

Comfortable beds, kitchen available and breakfast was excellent. The gym was also great.

One trainee employee was Unfriendly to us on the front desk. She really need to learn better her job. The sauna is only warm if you say one hour in advance. Our toilet was partially broken and looked like maintenance is not much up to date here.

Location, personal. The bed was awesome! It is the 4th time I stay there! Is is just the right balance between comfort and things getting too fancy.

The elevator beeping noise is way too loud. I noticed it last time I went (2023) when my room was the closest to the elevator, this time it was still close to hear it quite loud too. I cannot believe that the managers think its is ok to have it like that. *and I am a globe trotter Brazilian and I am not picky.

Considering the price range, everything was generally acceptable and good. Location is central, easy walk distance to most touristic locations and safe neighbourhood. Receptionists understand English which is somewhat rare in Brazil.

Wi-fi signal was low while inside the room when lying on bed, works better when you are closer to the corridor. There is a construction going on next to the hotel so it was a little bit noisy but nothing too much, we were on upper floors so it was bearable and they only work on working hours.

The location was perfect to be right downtown on Paulista, right around the corner from MASP and a lot of the surrounding downtown neighborhoods

It was undergoing construction so we were not able to use the rooftop when we stayed; the rooms were a bit outdated

The location is nice and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Overall the hotel is fine you don’t need more, it has all the basics perfectly fine.

The hotel could be better maintained, the restaurant for breakfast looks old so the feeling it’s not the best. There was a construction next door so you can hear them working, but a big issue and most likely is temporal but still, I remembered it

the hotel is a little bit old (furniture, interior design, etc) but it has everything you would need for a stay. There is a small kitchen and minibar which was nice

Breakfast could have been better and also the taxi service on the front door - I took that taxi two times and both times cars were old and smelly.

The breakfast was great lots to choose from.

Someone entered my room and opened up soda and drank from the mini bar and placed the soda in back in the refrigerator. I had to go down and report it to the manager who was great. I asked her to talk to her staff. That was unpleasant unprofessional and rude. If you did it to me them you would do it to another guest. My room was cold and not comfortable. I kept my own room clean and did not trust anyone to enter my room.
