Everything was very nice. Very clean. April at the desk was very nice and accommodating since we arrived early to check in. I had to be at my Daughter in Laws baby shower at 2pm. She also helped us later that evening with our tv. Breakfast was really good. Lots of variety of foods to choose from. Hot and cold served. The host was a little snippy when I reached for a English muffin out of the case. Didn't even lift the door yet and she says make sure you use the the tongs. I'm 53 and I know better not to just use your hands lol. Elevator was slow. Very clean and crisp hotel and huge rooms. Convenient to Outlet Stores, restaurant and Sheetz. TGI Fridays was right in the hotels same parking lot. Def will be staying again.

Elevator was slow. Snippy breakfast host. Didn't realize we didn't have a do not disturb sign and our maid walked right in our room. I was sleeping.

We stay here to drop off our son at college: the hotel is close to campus, has ample parking, room size is adequate for the three of us. Love the emphasis on quiet after 10 p.m. Good breakfast space.

Furnishings a little tired: carpet and sheets visibly worn, bathroom door sticky: couldn’t open and close easily. Bed too high. (This would not have been good when our children were younger!) Bathroom fixtures not so accessible for someone who recently suffered ankle and wrist injuries: sink high with faucet pushed back such that water splashed all over the counter; toilet low. No grab bar for getting out of the shower. Towels skimpy. Large dead fly on the floor.

This place was just what we needed for a quick weekend away. I will say that the room was a little pricey but I think it was most likely because we booked on short notice during a busy weekend. Breakfast was surprisingly good and all the staff members were lovely. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

We had to wait longer than normal to check-in because the room wasn’t ready at the hotel’s designated check-in time. This was slightly inconvenient since we had plans for the afternoon/evening but it all worked out.

The Hotel is very nice, we have stayed hear before, the rooms are big and the Beds are Fantastic, the Shower is very warm. The Breakfast is always good and plenty. All the staff are very Friendly, Pleasant, Polite and Respectful. Eric was great working the Front Desk there all 3 nights. Very Professional and a great person.

The Spa was nice, but the Pool was extremely cold water, I always taught it was heated before never this Cold 🥶 maybe something was wrong with it not sure.

The room was nice, the bed was comfortable, bathroom clean. Common areas were well-kept. The variety and amount of the buffet was very good and there was plenty of room in the dining area. The staff was very attentive and friendly.

Room and common area cleaning could be a bit better. The coffee wasn't great (though having it available 24/7 was nice). The scrambled eggs in the breakfast buffet seemed to be powdered. I didn't see real milk anywhere. The non-recyclable styrofoam plates, cups, and plastic utensils should be changed into either recyclable or biodegradable supplies.

Convenient location, spacious room, comfortable beds. Decent breakfast included, enjoyed the whirlpool and pool a couple of times in late evening without many other guests.

The stairwells and room had a musty odor. Perhaps cleaning of PTAC filters would help. The female breakfast attendant seemed a little perturbed concerning where the utensils belong on buffet chaffer when changing pans. Multiple tip jars on breakfast area counters is both unnecessary and tacky. We did appreciate and leave tips, however.

This hotel is one that should set standards for others, our check in and check out simple and quick. The staff were all warm, welcoming and delightful to connect with. Both the hotel and our room were clean, neat and have amazing energy. The breakfast was great, freshly made and served until 10:30am, gives extra time for rest. The pool hours 6am to 12am which is wonderful fit to our schedule, after we explored all day we had the opportunity to soak in the pool and hot tub - most pools close between 8pm to 10pm. I loved that we had lighting options in the bathroom, could leave a small light on to see the path to the bathroom without turning on the lights or using flashlight We will stay here again! 💞

My only thing I can comment on - we stayed a couple of nights and the fridge was too small for the food we had. Other than that... This place is wonderful

Everyone was friendly. The room was decent and comfy. It was resupplied as needed. Location was near the area of interest.

Minor complaints really. The occupants above us were super loud-running, jumping & knocking things over-up to the very last minute prior to quiet time. Another thing, we had placed our snacks in a grocery bag on the counter. While we were out, I guess the maid took our snacks even though I had put them up. It wasn’t much, 2 bags of chips & a bag of Reese’s pieces.

The breakfast was amazing. Loved the waffles. I loved that there was a TGI Friday’s in walking distance for a bite to eat. It was close to all the places in Gettysburg we wanted to go to. The rooms were very clean and nice and I liked that they had joining rooms for my family cause we are too big of a family for 1 room so we could have the connecting door open and the kids could watch tv in one room and we could watch something on the other tv and be able to see and hear them and we could be in both rooms without having to go to the hallway.

Everything was great!! No complaints!!

The location was excellent. Ella the front desk receptionist was very kind and helpful. Our room attendant Regina did an excellent job at cleaning our room!

The main hallway floors didn’t get vacuumed our entire 4 day stay. Which I wouldn’t normally notice except someone had spilt cheerios down through the hall. After a couple days they all ended up smashed into the carpet. Also the heater and air conditioner should have a thermostat. It’s either on constantly or off constantly so you can’t really regulate the temperature in the room.
