Staff in the gift shop were unpleasant. An item was not marked and I asked the cost and the employee said “I have no idea”. Never looked them up. Valet were not helpful upon arrival. It was very busy, which is fine. When I asked for assistance from valet about how to get help with valet the worker said “we have no room. You can’t park in the street”. I said I was aware and wanted to know where to go. He said “around the block” but not kindly, more matter of fact - like I should know. Not helpful.

See above. I did like our room. It was great! Size and comfort were on point.

Location was perfect for attending a concert at PPG Arena. Walk was easy and safe. Hotel lobby and restaurant are beautiful. Check-in was smooth and the staff friendly. We ate dinner in the Tap Room. Food was delicious, service was great. Breakfast in the Terrace room was fantastic.

Hallways on the guest floors are looking a little worn and tired. Carpet is loose and bunching up. Trim, baseboard and doors need attention to detail. They are badly scuffed, dirty and and look a little worse for wear. At the price point we paid, $345/night, more overall attention to the highly traveled areas is a must.

Location was convenient, we were able to walk everywhere. The building is cool and the staff at the reception really nice. Note: parking at Mellon garage during the weekend in 8 dollar per day and it is in front of the hotel

Service did not entirely meet my expectation. We were given some water the first night, than not for the second; we were left with one cup for the coffee for the second day. Towels were changed althought not asked for and a pledge of sustainability. I understand this may have been complementary for the first night. However I would expect more attention to this kind of things from a 4 star hotel

The staff was terrific in every way. The food in the restaurants was good and the service was excellent but the food was slow to arrive. The Omni is a grand old lady who has definitely seen better days. For the price we paid, I was very unhappy to have plastic cups in the rooms rather than glass. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were woefully inadequate.

See above. It wasn’t really a question of disliking things (except for the plastic cups) but the rugs were worn and things were just a little shabby.

We stayed for only one night because our flight home was cancelled and the hotel where we were staying was full. It’s a historic hotel with great public spaces. My husband enjoyed talking to other guests at the small bar in the big central area and was very impressed with the wine list. I was impressed with the well maintained gym. Every staff member was eager to please, and there was adequate staff, so we didn’t ever have to wait for service. Our room was comfortable.

We checked in early evening and had to leave early the next morning so we didn’t get our money’s worth, but that’s not the fault of the hotel.

For the price I can’t believe they charge for WiFi! Also, the bathroom had a “fancy”, metal, tissue box cover, —- but no tissues. It didn’t sit well with my allergies and runny nose and my wife with a seasonal Cold. The nearby Public Parking was “under repair”, —- or, may be in a state of disrepair. I couldn’t find a spot and left and ended up with Valet Parking (for $45, plus’s tip). I was hoping for a shuttle to PNC Park, but they do not provide one.

Location was excellent. Hotel was beautiful. Room had a space theme I found charming. Stayed before and the room had a normal theme. We were moved to a bigger room on the 16th floor due to a mix up. Overall a good experience

The toilet didn’t work correctly but it was manageable. Hotel should consider giving free drink vouchers for a happy hour times. Also a free breakfast would be nice as well

Dinner at the Palm Court was outstanding! I misplaced my laptop and security handled it so well! We felt reassured that we and our belongings were safe. All members of the staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. Bed was super comfortable, our room was clean as a whistle, and the shower was great.

Not having a bedside table, lamp and plugs on both sides of the bed was disappointing. Also, I wished I’d asked for a room that wasn’t next to the elevators—they are noisy.

Room (except the shower is very small). Having a full bathroom and a half was great. Safety of having to use your room key to use the elevator. The darkness of room with the curtains - so didn't wake up at 6AM!

The store that sells drinks & snacks in the lobby area closes to early. Very busy when we arrived on William Penn Ave on Friday afternoon about 4PM - no place to pull in at curbside to unload bags so rather than hold up traffic we continued down the street and turned left onto Oliver. Used the entrance at this street. But no one from hotel was able to help us. As I was checking in at the front desk was told we would need to go around the block again - that the staff was only on the other street (main entrance). No one mentioned that the Roberto Clemente bridge was out - had to walk another route to PNC park.

Bed is very comfortable. I was able to check in early. Staff was very accommodating.

Bathroom wasn't as clean as I expected (hair in tub, toilet needed a better scrubbing. Also, I did not receive housekeeping service on my 2nd day there. (left room at 8am; returned at 3:30pm)
