Instructions provided were very concise and clear. Place was very clean. Near to train station and shopping. Towels and toiletries were sufficient for our usage.

A bit cramp for us family of six. There was no plug converter provided so we have to buy to charge our telephone.

Location, shower, bed comfy

Steep steps up, basic features (kettle no cups, microwave no plates or cutlery). Limited natural light.

There were a few times there were cockroaches and spiders crawling around. The room was spacious but the place felt half done. There were cracks in the walls of the toilet and shower area, cupboards were old and moldy , and it felt like we were living in a very run down old hostel. Aside from the room being cleaner and more done up, the toilet and shower area was far from average. The bed was also very lumpy and uncomfortable. The constant fear of seeing a cockroach made it even worse! Location of the place was great, but that is the only highlight of this hotel.

Molds on the ceiling. The building is old and not well-maintained. It does not look like the picture. Could be a deal for 6 people but definitely not reasonable for 2 people under this kind of condition.

I'm Sorry but it was no good at all. We got the upper room. There is no elevator and we are with a baby and a stroller.. we left the stroller at the entrance. The room itself is not good: The toilet and bathroom are with mold on the ceiling and walls. We were afraid to enter the shower room (also, the light was not working). We decided not to take a shower in here (we booked 3 nights!!!) and went to an onsen 1 km away that we found on Google maps. We had no choice but to use the toilet.. but all we feel was uncomfortable. The sheets are not looking good. We changed it ourselves. There is also mold in the bedroom area but less the in the shower room. In the room there is a kettle but no cups to drink. We felt we pay a lot of money and didn't get what we expected. The last thing was the noise neighbors.. I know that is something you can't control, but because there is no reception and the owner is not in the building, anyone can do anything they want. that was the crazy/scary thing we crossed here.. At around 21:00 we start hearing noises from the room downstairs, we assumed it will stop at some point. then start hearing screaming, shouting and people running downstairs. I contacted the owner around 22:30 by booking chat. He said he would talk to them. But they didn't stop screaming. In the end my sister and I went to their room (I was afraid to go alone!!) and told them our children and baby is sleeping, Please be quiet. They said ok.. but after 10 min start to scream and shout again. They stopped at 00:30. All I can say about this is that people don't respect a place that is not looking respectable. The owner needs to do a serious cleaning in this place. it was very uncomfortable and unhealthy. You must take care of this mold issue before you bring people to stay here. Sorry, but it was a horrible way to finish a great trip in Japan.

We came to check in. We couldn't enter the room. There was no contact with us until we entered the room at 24 o'clock. Have to stand and wait for the owner of the room to open, difficult to contact and check out is not polite Threw ours out of the mattress very bad, room not straight, very old, very expensive.
